Great people don't wander about the world looking for greener pastures, great people develop their place of origin and stay there to make it. Examples are the emiratis, Americans, Germans, japanese, Koreans, etc. How many if this people do you see going to other places to seek for a better life?

The risks are too high for a boss to accept an adult nwa boi as compared to the benefits!

The percentage of bosses that will reject an adult for igba boi is significant higher which makes it a majority.

Well that is why "most" adults who are in hurry to make money, end up not getting or getting it only to lose it again through their recklessness or their children's. If as an adult,you are not making money and there is no clear pathway for you,why won’t you be in a hurry? even the igba boi is sometimes not guranteed at the end,anything could happen and you loose you 4 to 5 to 6years of igba boi….this is another reason why teenagers are preferred incase things go south,you will still have time.

The tendency of being in a hurry is higher in adults than in teenagers.

igba boi has no age restriction. The pre requisite to it is simply, humility and readiness to learn and concentration. This is what the Master is looking for, not your age. The reason why they tend to harbor more youngsters is because they are still pliable and less experienced in the ways of the world so it's easier for the master to control and mould them. The age restriction is more of a psychological thing than a formal requirement. No matter your level of humility and readiness to learn,as an adult,many bosses find it difficult to control an adult,who already has a lot of priorities and needs. He is already in a hurry for money and success as an adult.
At that age,he is already prioritizing money,women,ego,and pride and can easily mistake corrective disciplining as maltreatment because of his age.
