igbo2011: Yes we do love oyibo, but hate ourselves. This is how they treat us and we still love them. smhVery true. Im sure many Nigerian players aboard have gone thru the same..would never occur to them to walk off and show those fools who's boss. |
nollywood20: [size=28pt]"The thing is I have stated my thoughts on marriage. It is a good thing but it has to be kept holy. Who says I am being delayed? I do not subscribe to divorce because I am so Catholic and I was brought up that way. I am not in a relationship because I won't have time to make other people happy and make 'him' happy. I have chosen who I want to make happy: my fans. "It's very early in my career and I can't compromise because I can't feed him. I don't do trial and error, every man that has been in my life has been for a reason and season and I am sure they are all fine. It is something that you do, not out of societal pressure, not because your parents want you to do it, but because you are ready and you have found the one person that you cannot dare to live without,"I love her. |
Sure if it were a Nigerian, they would continue laughing like the oyibo worshipping coons that they are. |
In the middle of a "friendly match" against the club Pro Patria, a mini-mob in the bleachers repeatedly tossed bigoted bombs at the non-white players on AC Milan's roster and Boateng had decided he'd had enough. He picked up the ball right in the middle of play and punted it directly into their section of the stands. Boateng then began to walk off the field in protest. Here is where, in a matter of seconds, the turn of events shifted from shock to wonder. As Boateng stormed to the nearest exit, the Pro Patria fans instead of jeering, cheered him for his actions. Then the referees called off the rest of the game and his opponents on Pro Patria walked off with Boateng, shoulder to shoulder, in solidarity. The announcers could only utter a word in Italian easy to translate: "Incredible." http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=nXyqFZ_fghI There were those who commented immediately on Twitter that the moves by Boateng, the referees, and the Pro Patria players were easy because this wasn't an official league game. But Massimino Allegri, the coach of AC Milan, said afterward that his team would walk out again if one of their players were racially abused, regardless of either the competition or the situation. The powerful Allegri also put out a call for other teams to stage walk outs if their players were similarly abused. Particularly significant about this is that the European soccer governing body UEFA has explicitly banned players and coaches taking the fight against racism into their own hands. As UEFA chief Michel Platini has said, players will be fined or suspended for expressing anti-racist resistance on the field. Instead they should just meekly tell the referee and go about the game. Boateng, Allegri, and others are now saying that this isn't close to good enough. As Pete Koury, host and executive Producer for SiriusXM FC said to me, "FIFA and UEFA have not done nearly enough to address the troubling issue of racism in world football. They've done a series public relations campaigns, t-shirts, and speeches, but their actions have been toothless. The only way to change things is through more dramatic action than we've seen so far. What Kevin-Prince Boateng and the players of both AC Milan & Pro Patria did today was one of the most drastic things we've seen to end racism in soccer and I applaud them for it. Considering this game took place in Italy—a nation of historically cruel and abusive fans—it makes me finally feel like there is finally progress being made." |

dmcdad: But these are the kinda food we (guyz) eat and a good number of us have flat tummies, not mentioning 6pack abs. I think they don't realy care about their physique, but what they will eat, the kinda make-up they will wear and all that crap...maybe you should date your fellow man. If you dont have the sense NOT to compare the body of a man to that of a woman considering you have more testosterone than we do and we have more estrogen than you should consider homosexuality and leave women alone. 6 pack ko. 6 abs ni. who dash monkeys. pot bellies everywhere like Papa Ajasco and they wanna talk about other people. |

12 inches!:what the difference between an eatery and resturant? Both involves food abeg as for movie theater, I didnt say it was inappropriate, Im asking YOU what do you consider to be places that are appropriate for dates sure convo is meant to be 2 sided..but normally until the girl gets to know you..she wont talk much. You're the one that went after her therefore, you're the one that should bring the charm and try to impress. If she';s checking her phone..means you're boring dude. What you should be doing ia asking advice on how not to be boring instead of bashing her on the internet |
12 inches!:Is she a clown? shouldnt you be the one to get the convo going? If she's checking her phone despite being with you then you are the boring one dude btw if a restaurant or movie theatre isnt appropriate for a date, then what do you suggest is? |
