Hi, Edmonton just like every major city in any part of the world has its bad spots, but generally you will be advised to avoid areas like Balwin, Belvedere, McCauley, Boyle street and some others in the centre and towards Northwest but this is dependent on you as a person. But even in these areas, there are pockets of safe areas. People will say the NE is also to be avoided but there are good neighbourhoods in this area like Eaux Claires, Castle Downs, Griesbach and others. The South is said to have the best places but also pricey. So it's really dependent on your affordability and also closeness to either school/work. Edmonton's public transit works relatively well too.
You can check up the crime map for the city to get a picture of the crime status in various areas.
very grateful for this, i will check out the crime map. Thank you so much

Whatever exchange rate you use, IRCC have their own exchange rate for all cuntries including Nigeria..

Where did you read it? Anon123 answered your question. The form isn't you submitting another trv application, it's a necessary form for the current trv (student permit) application you want to submit.
Okay thank you, it means we submit 3 ircc forms in total right?
