If you don't, you will be marked down for 'missing content'. The rep repeated it for clarification, so must you also transcribe it, not disjointedly, but as a whole.
Got it. You're very kind.

Olabowa:
Example:

Cus: The email address is ikemefuna@gmail.com.
Rep: Ikemefuna@gmail.com. Okay, got it.

PHONE number repetition example.

Cus: Phone number is 234
Rep: 234
Cus: 564
Rep: 564
Cus:7893
Rep:7893. Okay, got it.

Should be:

Cus: Phone number is 234-5647893.
Rep: 234-5647893. Okay, got it.

Address repetition example.

Cus: 25 okuniyi drive
Rep: 25 okuniyi drive
Cus: Maryland
Rep: Maryland you said?
Cus: Yes, Maryland.

Should beb

Cus:[/]
Rep: Maryland you said?

When the rep is repeating, do nothing. Just type only what the customer has said. The rep might then say "okay" at the end of it, or he even may ask another question.
Thank you very much. This means it is not only applicable to phone numbers, even email, and address? I mean when a customer says an email address and the rep is repeating.

Customer: ikemefunamorris@yahoo.com

Rep: Ikemefunamorris@yahoo.com Okay, got it.

I think you guys should avoid questions on High School AP at the moment coz there's no provision for it when submitting your activity report.
I mailed them already, though;
I'm still waiting for their response.
Hello brother. I re-applied and was given another test. I want to ask, did you people verify yourself by submitting any documents to latinglhire during the onboarding stage?

1. 090-25.
2. None of those you mentioned is RPI. Are you sure that's all they mentioned? What of the full address, the card number, or the three digits at the back?

090-25-45-68-89? Remember, the speaker was calling it out in spoken form

Okay. First one says missing content which means you missed out a word, phrase or sentence.
The second one, exceeded number of inaudible. For 2.5 minutes audio, you're allowed one of this [...], for 5minutes audio, two of this [...] and it goes on like that.
For the third one, you had errors in amounts written. And the last one, you didn't mask or use [/] for a Restricted Personal Information.
Bottom line is read FAQ. You would have avoided ALL of these rating notes if you had gone through FAQ.
1.A the amounts written, when a customer is calling out phone numbers, are we to write in this format; 0 9 0 2 5 or 09025?

2. Kindly clarify to me that phone numbers and expiration dates in a customer's card are all RPI?
