Yeah. The manner it was backed isn't sustainable. TerraUSD is backed on 1:1 ratio with Luna. Therefore if demand for ust goes down, it loses peg and if demand for Luna goes down, it loses peg.

So as far as demand for either of them is up, the peg remains sustained.

Now they didn't take into account scenarios like a bear market where demand for crypto generally goes down.
