While making normal domain research, I stumbled on the singular version of a geo domain. I quickly ran a check on the plural version and found out that it is not yet registered. My question for the house us, is it wise to register the plural version? And what's the prospect in it. The geo domain niche is quite populated.

Maybe my question was too dumb or was just not seen by the right person. But I just went ahead to purchase the geo domain with no regrets. My portfolio is increase with gentle strides.... LORD forgive our shortcomings and give us all sales IJN

From my source in India.. They are related to Alabi. But you can take the risk to stake if you like... Singles to be on a safe side. Most importantly stake what you can afford to lose

How are they relate to Alabbi?

I did few months back but the list was removed.

Google them out "spam triggers to avoid in emails"

You will be amused that "Nigerian" is part of d spam triggers.

Na waoo almost all the English words full inside oo. Persin nor go kuku write anything

Tenshades:
Yeah, i draft custom mail for each company.

1. include the company/business(end-user) name on the subject line with a catchy SUBJECT (asking a question which the end-user will be eager to answer by opening the mail) while avoiding spam triggers.

Note: keep your Subject line words within 5-7 words. The shorter the better.

2. include the name of the recipient/ business on the greeting/salutation

3. on d first paragraph, introduce yourself, what you do briefly (keep it within 2 lines )

4. discuss briefly how you found the user's business on Search engine and include d name of the "business"(briefly)

5. Talk briefly on how your domain name can help ur target rank freely ontop of search engines and connect easily with potential customers.

6. put a small statistics on how people connect business on first page and how users look for business on search engines.

7. Now bring in your subject line question in here which your end user is willing to answer and brace it with your marketplace URL.

8. Put your siggy and ensure d name on ur siggy relates with that on ur marketplace URL.

***ALWAYS AVOID SPAM TRIGGERS***

Damn! Boss this thing is long oo.. Do you honestly do this for every outbounding email you send out? One should think there is an outlined template containing specifics, just editing the domain and that's all.

AwesomeDuru I know I was already welcomed, but thanks still. Good afternoon

Tenshades:
I bliv it all goes down to d first impression you give. Your sales approach matters alot.

As for me, its either they negotiate& purchase or they keep mute without any response forever.

They will think twice before responding in a rude manner with your sales approach.

Kindly give us clue on some ideal sales approach. Do you draft specific sales letter for each company?

etin06:
I don't know him ooo, it's making me laugh no need to feel bad, that's why it's called hustle.

True talk my friend. God bless us with sales

etin06:
Hmm wetin person nor go see for this hustle

Jesu...... Did you and him know from somewhere? Damn!!!

On a more serious note, I have received one that made me feel very bad one day but this one is out of it

So the best way around those info@bla bla bla emails is to do a separate research on the company's management. Most times no info of anyone is found and sometimes you get the LinkedIn profile of the owner but he to accept your friend request before you can have any correspondence. Facebook address always shows nothing

HA!

cococandy:
now we are talking.

I had ribs yesterday too. Well done and smothered in honey barbecue sauce

You dey enjoy life oo my sister. I wish I fit just smile like you people here one day. My life right now, passing through tumbles

ikhalyfah:
I'm emphasizing on price because i believe most of us here can testify high price hindered their early sale.
Some of the endusers are shy to tell u ur price is high...

One of the Domains i sold, dude didn't tell me he will pay so so amount for it,
He was just like, "I'm not interested because your price is unrealistic" na just 400$ ooo

I said he should quote best offer, he quoted, i countered just small, 25$
He accept and it was a sale.

So watch your price

$25 chai how much go con be my gain after GoDaddy tithes

ikhalyfah:
U can take it as a start, but don't hesitate to reduce price when following up. It could be due to price that's y u didn't sell.

Thanks for everything

Is Price of 400$ BIN too overwhelming?

Good. Helpful tips

Sending email to dozens of people without response sha. Frustrating as fvcck
