not all devices support the real LTE (4G).
most devices calling themselves 4g are actually 3.75G or HSPA and not LTE.
only very few mediatek devices such as infinix or tecno have LTE support.

Even most HTC and Samsung LTE phones aren't universal. meaning that an LTE phone made for the US might not work for Nigeria's LTE networks because their bands are different.
