It took just a week.
The amount refunded was N45 less the actual amount paid.
I think you can but ask the elders here first to be ascertain.

I wanted doing something similar to this cause I got a better offer after ordering a product. But my case it wasn't processed yet, but I just forgo the matter cause I didn't want issues like this where the refund will now take longer than expected and I lose 2-0.

I just chatted up with their customer service and I was told that I've been refunded since 22nd. I was given a ARN code.
