My dear b4 u started working ur way to abuja u are supposed 2 get a long leg down here in abuja already to work ur ppa. if u have gotten 1 already, then he knows mouth watering ppa 2 put u.if u don't have, try to look 4 on time. pls pls pls don't make mistake of sleeping with any official 4 a ppa because most that do dat end up failing.

Fine, shit happens sometimes. The fact that you do everything might not guarantee you of being posted to a better place and I'm not disputing the fact that you shouldn't find your way... It works well when you know the right people at the top. But as for me, I never saw anyone nor tried to work my way out... I simply traded my talents with the aid of my instrument to get what i wanted. I got the exact place i wanted.

I was in camp for the last stream and most of those that participated in the camp activities were posted to funny places. Both the parade commander, the most beautiful, Mr Macho and the likes were posted to some funny LGA 's.

If you read through my initial post, you'll see that i said that "You stand a better chance of being posted to a better place". I never said it's 100% guaranteed. So watch and reason well before you start antagonising every post you see....

Ok. Now I get ur point...

Joining d band increases ur chances of getting ur dream ppa by 1%.

Anyone qualified after Trainings and thorough evaluation will join NYSC State Band and automatically be posted to the capital. After all, not all of them will be qualified but those who have their musical instruments and can play well have better chance of being qualified...

And I'm telling dat even if wot u are sayin is true, being posted to d capital illorin does not mean ur ppa will be gud. Or are u saying dat all ppa's in illorin pay at least 5k and offer accomodation.

Abeg Batch A 2017 prospective stream II corp members don't me mis-informed... Joining band group does not mean u will be posted to a good ppa. Participating in all d camp activities does not automatically determine where u will be posted to. Anytin u do in camp, do it for d fun of it not for good ppa... The only tin dat matters is dat u knw ur way I.e know d right ppl at d top (most ppl dat ask u to bring money to be posted to gud ppa in camp are scam artists so beware).
During my set d overall parade commander dat wanted to kill himself with marching and oda camp activitiea was posted to one of d worst lga's in d state...

I'm not selfish nor self centered... The truth is dat we sre both on dsame page, NYSC was introduced to foster unity, social and economic integration of the different ethnic groups and revamp the country after the wreckage of a three year civil war but it has outlived its usefulness, hence it should be scrapped. There is no point in risking d lives of Nigerian graduates all in d name of serving father land. Research has it dat at least 15 corpers die every year due to accident, insecurity and others, we left camp just 3 weeks ago and 3 corpers hav already died because of accident.

If nysc is scrapped u can further ur education without wasting 1 good year of ur life...

P.S - Nobody cares about d 19,800 allawee cos dat money is just too small.
The only good tin about nysc is dat u get to meet people u wouldn't hav met in ur life but disadvantages outweigh d advantages so it should be scrapped.

I'm a kogi kopa, in camp almost everybody was making runs 4 lokoja. But now most of those posted to lokoja are frustrated because majority of d ppa's there are not acceptin kopas and d ones dat accept, they don't pay or offer accomodation and accomodation in lokoja is expensive...
The worst part is dat kogi does not pay kopas even 5naira as state allowance...
