Well I think depending on the quality of the domain, the population of the city for geos, the competition, the buyers quick response and the overall patience in the business. Some sell faster just to keep the flow going.

When you have a ready made buyer or desperate buyer, you will know. Some won't even bother to check the price listed on the market and say they are interested, then as a smart business man, you can adjust to make offer and let him decide themselves, then negotiations will start.
My first ever sale was listed for $750 in afternic, and make offer in outbounding, offers came in for 3k, I was desperate to accept because I thought it was not real, then he went mute after I accepted may be he saw the speed that I accepted and used his smart instinct to override my emotions and inexperience. Some gurus would have sold it for 5k above because of experience they have.
Then i Followed up after I quickly adjusted the price to make offer on afternic before he will go there and buy. So u see u have to be fast and smart at times. Eventually he said no much funds again and down negotiated it to 1500$ and paid within 48 hours.

Then if you have received concurrent mails from a trial products or a subscription from a website trying to sell something to u, you will agree that they have many tactics as a follow up to convince you especially when they see you keep on opening the mails but not decided and price still slightly same. That's just being a business man to convince the buyer. You can be creative in your follow up too.

Not a rocket science, but knows what works and using your instincts. Then many names the sellers not willing to renew comes in cheaper outbounding price many times when getting to expiry date. Here many of us will never renew and instead drop and carry another one cos we no get that money and patience like them there that can hold for years.

So just to let it go and keep the money coming. Here we have young and old, big or small , ready to learn and get motivations, from each other without sentiment and selfishness. That's the spirit. Learn and learn and learn and learn.....

I don't have a default price I list my names.. There are names my initial asking price is $750 and there are others I list for $350 or $400. It just depends on the name.

For example, in ur sales report, you sold a domain for $100 and another for $500.
Was this as a result of negotiation or the buyer buying it at BIN prices?

The $100 sale was listed for $350, buyer made an initial offer of $100, after a couple of back and forth he wasn't interested in upping his offer so I accepted the $100.

The $550 sale, the name was listed for $750 and we settled for $550.

The $450 sale was listed for $550. I got a $250 offer and $450 offer while I was still out bounding. I accepted the $450 offer and he paid up immediately..

The $425 sale was the BIN sale.

I'm relatively new in this biz (still less than a year old) so I've never had to outbound up to 10 times for a name b4.

After the first email telling your prospects that you have a domain for sale, what's the 2nd, 3rd... to the last going to be like? Do you wait for some months and restart the process again? Or do you keep sending them a follow up email?

My first mail, I normally don't include price. I follow up with price 2 to 3 days after my first mail. My next follow up is 2 to 3 weeks after that (with reduced price). If nothing still, I wait till the name is over 60 days old then I follow up with reduced price and also add that he/she can get the name from Godaddy's marketplace also.
I use the traditional iykepromotions follow up letter when following up.

About this offer, another offer came on this domain but this time a 5 figure as I had changed the BIN price (please do not right the name). I countered with mid 5 figures but buyer insisted on low and back out. I intend to keep for long so not in a hurry.

I'm guessing it's not a geo.. Is it brandable or EMD?

I don't understand what you mean by local trophies.... It is arguable that winning the premier league sometimes is more difficult than winning the champions league. The reason is that, winning the former requires rugged consistency for 38 matches. Mehn, Pep is a good manager; undermining his achievements because of UCL is more or less the same as saying Messi is an average player because of lack of national team trophies.
