Some UBA bank staffs no be sabi the difference. Some of them believe africard is africard. If one is not able to get the high at the UBA branches he went to, the person can settle for the low as it also works with PayPal (as long as the person won't be withdrawing huge amounts at once).

No, u said one cannot withdraw from PayPal with the other ones which is wrong.
It's advisable to go for the International High one though, I've stated the reasons in my previous posts.

Plz becareful with the type of card you request. Don't also collect Dollar card, only naira

The reason why it's advised to get the International High is jot because u can't withdraw into the dollar or international low one. I know ppl using the international low one to withdraw from PayPal without any issue. The only tin is there is a limit to how much u can withdraw to the card from PayPal at a go

Go to any UBA branch with relevant requirements and request for Int'l High Instant Naira Prepaid Card. They have different types of cards. Don't request for Dollar or low card cos it won't work on PayPal. Only the first one will work.

I got mine last week after series of issues and I was able to verify my PayPal.

UBA prepaid dollar card works fine on Paypal but the money is not converted to naira b4 it hits the card so you can only withdraw ur funds on a dollar ATM (if u can find one in naija).
The UBA prepaid International Low Naira card also works perfectly fine with PayPal. The only downside is there is a limit to the amount u can withdraw from PayPal at once (N300k or something like that, I'm not too sure).

@ Simpsonrocket one tin u should note is that some of those UBA bank staffs are not well versed on the africard stuff so they might force any one they get their hands on on u. Ensure u confirm it's the International High one they gave u.

Things u'll probably need:
1. BVN
2. Passport
3. NEPA Bill (this was not required of me when I got mine)
4. Valid I.D
5.Hold like 2k to fund the card. To link the card to PayPal, u'll make two separate payments which will probably amount to 1k plus (paypal will refund u in 2 to 5 days).

I know that we have tried the 4-2-4 earlier in the season, the 4231,the 433, the 343 in the UCL and even a diamond midfield. Lampard has been constantly experimenting this season, there is no doubt about that.

4-2-4? Who were the two strikers? I'm very sure we did not start any game with two strikers this season (I may be wrong tho).
4-2-3-1? Who was the number 10?

The formations I know we've used this season are 4-3-3 and 3-4-3.
U are probably referring to formations that were used while we were chasing a game like against Sheffield that Lampard subbed in Giroud so we'd have two strikers on the pitch

We can all see that even Lampard hasn't settled on a system yet. He has tried a lot of formations this season with so many different personnel. I just read an article that shows that Chelsea has used the highest number of players this season.
It's understandable though. We all know he's learning.
I am confident in jorginho's ability to perform well in the right system and i feel it's going to be a big mistake selling jorginho hastily. There are very few players who can do what he does.
