I saw a thread on slack where this Jude guy among us asked Arlen how SCCs are recruited and if there's more to being a transcriber at QA World. Arlen sent him a DM as regards that.

Make de guy show up come furnish us with wetin Arlen tell am. Seems there's more to being a transcriber on QA and only a select few knows about it.

I've enquired regarding that b4 on slack. I got a reply from the SCC on duty that u don't apply for it and they (the scc's) were selected/contacted based on their QA ratings..

Arsene Wenger spent several years at Arsenal without trophy while Lampard just started his coaching career at Chelsea this season and u believe his time at Chelsea would be like that of Wenger at Arsenal..

Even before the season started, many pundits and other so called sport experts wrote Chelsea off this season because rival clubs strengthened their teams and Chelsea lost their best player and were also unable to sign players because of the transfer ban.
It is too early to say Lampard is all about beautiful result and no result.

Even the most optimistic Chelsea fans knew this season was not going to be a walk in the park.

The performances so far have being okay although improvement is needed in some certain aspects.

I'd really like to understand them. I have a 21min call I don't want to drop. But, its rep-rep, work related, but I don't know if its valid.

If it's just rep to rep and no customer comes in at all, whether it's work related or not, it should be released. Just listen to the full audio to know if it's just rep to rep.

Most DAS calls have multiple speakers and the challenge with them is labelling the speakers correctly to avoid inverted speaker.

Their audio and accent is always good though...

Sometimes, d reason for auto 1 cos of inverted speaker is over confidence.

U tend to place less emphasis on going through each time stamp b4 submitting because u are confident u will hit that 5 rating and u know that worst case scenario, the redo option is there.
