grin When I wanted to join the Nigerian Navy, then i was on my 2nd year in the university. It was all about passion and dedication to save in the Nigerian Armed Forces. I was swimming superfluously and not driven by lack of job to be a soldier.

After taking the NDA exam in Port Harcourt at a naval base, my name didn't appear when the results were published. I said ok, let me continue with my education.

Today, I feel happy about not been enlisted in the Navy considering how the Nigerian Govt made mess of the Armed Forces.

A friend of mine in the Navy told me some Naval officer don't even know how to swim. I was shocked to the marrow cos that should be the first requirement to be an officer of the Nigerian Navy. This is mediocrity at best.

It's a shame seeing soldiers extort money from motorists and engage in fuel bunkering.
I can relate, when I applied to the army after school, my name did not come out on the published list. It was quite disappointing for me then. My colleague name came out because he had a godfather in the Air Force. Me no get anybody na except God. Now I am so happy my name did not come out. I have the opportunity to join US army now with my degree, the whole army thing just tire me…my friend continue asking me when I will join. Civilian life for US sweet.

The Nigerian army is overstretched. They will do police work, that’s why they are not respected. What is the military doing there before they were slaughtered. They are just lucky guns are not legalized in Nigeria, as they are coming back to burn down the community, they will be met by more bullets and they will lose more of their officers. The government should send all military men back to barracks.

Lol we already know those without a brain. You can make your point without speaking from your ass. Residency is 3 - 5 yrs...Before you can even get employed as a Nurse in sane countries, you might need to have some experiences at the CNA, LPN level and you will also do clinicals. We know some of you with local contents and local brains...I don't plan to exchange insult with you.

your statement makes no sense. You type with your fingers, reason from your anal whole. Oponu

Since u can't reply without insulting your frustrated generation, go and sch abroad. Leave Nigeria certificate alone 🤣. I knw u can't afford to study abroad so wait for the verification nd stop crying.
see who is calling someone frustrated. I can retire you and feed you and your generation. Just the way you are happy that bad things befall others, that’s the way people will be happy when bad things befall you.

No country trains its workers and allow them to japa without serving...even in Israel you need to serve in the military. Putting conditions for people to show their skills and their competence before japaing...helps everyone including those they will be treating abroad. Imagine, you are in UK and someone from Nigeria that has never practiced Nursing is treating you after license verification with zero experience.

My only ask is that ...it should be easy for people to train in hospitals without knowing people, and they should be able to serve without difficulties for those 2 years.

You are very stupid with your comparison, comparing a course studied with military. Compare NYSC with compulsory military service of other countries. With these your statements, your reasoning is very poor. Nigeria govt is not training these workers in school, some attended private schools. This makes your comparison and statements foolish

They should stop schooling in Nigeria. You wanna be a nurse or doctor, go school abroad and be working there, Simple. Lets see how many can afford the fees studying anything that has to do with medicine abroad. Govt subsidize these courses so u can serve ur country.
You just type senselessly. Explain how Govt subsidize the schooling. Also they are not the only course in the university.

Hi idiot, nurses are wicked, next time you are sick, treat yourself. Also support them leaving Nigeria, so you won’t encounter them. 😁

Eligible applicants must have a minimum of two (2) years post qualification experience from the date of issuance of permanent practicing licence. Any application with provisional licence shall be rejected outrightly.

It should be 5 years minimum.

Let them travel abroad for studies and start working after graduation.
I can see you reason from your anus. The way you wish people to stay in a bad condition, may you stay in a bad condition in your career. Fvktard.

The day u chose to be a nurse or doctor, u took the same oath security personnels took to save lives in sweet and worse condition. No leave, no transfer. If to work as doctor and nurse abroad dey hungry u, Go sch dere and remain dere. U can't b getting cheap medical certification frm a country u re not willing to serve.
you are very senseless, these doctors and nurses you mentioned paid their way through school. They did not take oath as security personnels. If the government wants to keep them they should train them the way they train security personnels by providing their school fees and everything they need to become doctors and nurses.

This is pure jeolousy. Envying your own family members is the height of witchcraft

It's not their fault that they live in a place where the 10 dollars you send can get them a luxury it can't afford you over there. If you look at it, you still spend the bulk of your money more than them because you send them chingum money that can't take you a week but spend thousands of what you send to them here for yourself. So how are they enjoying more than you?
Person go just dey begin calculate the small 100 dollars ( wey be like 100 naira to am) wey him dey send say e too much. Small prayers wey you for receive for sending a meager 100 dollars, you now lose it because of over calculations.

It's this wicked mentality that is making many of you to be stingy. It's very bad. If they have the opportunity to be there like you, I'm sure they won't ask you for anything.

Keep your money. Those in naija go still shine and fresh pass una because we eat real natural organic food and get natural Vit D year round.
You guys wait. It's only a matter of time, we will soon have good govt and nobody will send you and your lonely lives abroad anymore.

Very stingy people.
You just get up and type garbage. You are calling people abroad names. I only have one question for you: Don’t you have hands and legs to work? If yes, go and fvkin work and make your own money.
