The tech-world is evolving at an amazing rate; but whilst a variety of innovations like 5G networking and more sophisticated cloud-based computing have a global impact, the average Nigerian will really like that their immediate needs be taken care of. This is the tune which Hubryde is dancing to, because the stress of transportation—especially in Lagos—is just too much. Hubryde is a transportation company which aims to revolutionize the transport industry in Africa, by using their app-based service (available on google play) to enable people reach their desired location in seamless comfort; but to do so, together. The ‘together’ aspect is an important part of the brand identity, which sees the need not just to help people commute with deserving dignity, but also help the environment by reducing the amount of carbon emissions that come with people moving alone. What the revolutionaries behind this brand, such as Charles Matthews and Kunle Jaiyesimi, the COO and CEO respectively, are telling us is that moving comfortably is important, but moving comfortably TOGETHER is of greater importance for a sustainable environment. With their fleet of cozy coaster buses, Hubryde is poised to restore the dignity of the Lagos working class by saving them from the highly deplorable danfo-culture they live with. Beginning from Ikorodu, Hubryde is launching bus rides to popular Island bus stops such in Victoria Island, Lekki and Ajah from January 28th. The brand is looking forward to opening up more routes shortly after. Aside from protecting lives and the environment, this is one transport innovation geared towards making a solid contribution to the economy. By adopting the cashless policy, the Central Bank of Nigeria has been trying to push as their primary payment option, Hubryde ensures that Nigerians can enjoy the convenience of going cashless without being punished with charges. Ultimately, Hubryde is aimed as a creative, sustainable and environmentally-friendly way to alleviate the stress of transportation in growing cities like Lagos. And what has just begun in Lagos, is strategized to open arms wide to other cities in Africa in the nearest future. To know more about how you can benefit from, or be a part of this movement, please visit: www.hubryde.com P.S - Ikorodu to Eko Hotel Roundabout V.I, Lekki 1 Bus stop, and Jubilee Bridge Ajah start boarding from 5 am tomorrow (January 28th) for Just N400 (for the first five trips). Download the app from play store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hubryde.customerapp.hubryde , register, fund your wallet and start requesting to be picked from your bus stop. Pick up points from Ikorodu is Agric Bus Stop and Benson Bus Stop.

Fairs World Middle East is proud to announce the inaugural TBL Expo Nigeria 2020 that will be held at the Landmark Exhibition Centre in the country’s capital Lagos from 28-30 September 2020 with the unprecedented support of Nigerian government stakeholders that include the Federal Ministry of Transport, Federal Road Safety Corps. (FRSC), Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON) and the Raw Material Research Development Council (RMRDC), as well as launch partners Infinity Group, Milan Group, MRF Tyres, C.Woermann, Apollo Tyres, and Liqui Moly. TBL Expo Nigeria 2020 is unique in that it is dedicated to and focused on Tyres, Batteries, Lubricants and Workshop Equipment by bringing together buyers, suppliers, transport operators, government officials and other stakeholders involved with the mobility arena. TBL Expo is being positioned as West Africa’s largest industry gathering by occupying 3,500 sqm of exhibition space featuring more than 100 exhibitors, 20 plus speakers, numerous Panels and Keynotes, as well as the West African Tyre Symposium. According to Vineet Mathur, Executive Director of Infinity Group: “TBL Expo will allow suppliers to showcase the entire line of products and for the buyers it is so convenient as the event is happening in their own country and they don’t have to travel to interact with the manufacturers who are otherwise difficult to access. There are very few professional automotive exhibitions happening in Nigeria, so TBL Expo will be a critical platform for all stakeholders.” In 2018, according to Nigeria’s National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), Africa’s largest oil exporter had a total of 11.7 million vehicles, with commercial vehicles accounting for 6.8 million. Currently, 80% of Nigeria’s goods, passengers and petroleum products are transported by road. “We consider Tyres, Battery & Lubricants that are used in the Automotive industry as strategically important to Nigeria,” said Osita A. Aboloma, Director General/Chief Executive of the Standards Organisation of Nigeria. “TBL Expo is a right step in the right direction at the right time.” Dr. Anthonia A. Ekpa, Director Road Transport & Mass Transit Administration at the Federal Ministry of Transport, believes TBL Expo is integral to raising road safety standards in Nigeria. “The Federal Ministry of Transport is working closely with our partners and colleagues from the Federal Road Safety Corps, Standard Organsation of Nigeria and others to ensure tyres used in Nigeria are not used or sub-standard but quality tyres with adequate life span and conforming to international best practices, conventions and rules. We are partnering with TBL Expo as a platform for the better integration of stakeholders and bringing together those who matter”. Sajan Bhatia, Project Director of Fairs World Middle East, noted: “We are delighted by the unprecedented support that we have received from government entities and high-ranking officials, as well our launch partners Infinity Group, Milan Group, MRF Tyres, C.Woermann, Apollo Tyres, and Liqui Moly. Fairs World is committed to making TBL Expo Nigeria 2020 a resounding success and a regular feature of Nigeria’s events calendar.” Fairs World Middle East is an international trade fair organizer headquartered in Dubai with a successful portfolio of highly focused exhibitions and events such as Ceramic Expo Middle East, Additive Manufacturing Middle East, Ports and Maritime, and Park Tech, which create opportunities for buyers and sellers across the globe. Nigeria, which is regarded as the gateway to West Africa, has a steadily expanding economy and a rapidly growing population. A report released by PWC concluded that locally assembled or produced vehicles could hit 6,866,000 units by 2050 in a rapid growth scenario, 4,162,000 in medium or 1,803,000 in slow growth. www.tblexponigeria.com |
GAZZUZZ and house Just got a Nigerian used Acura TL 2005/06 V6. I need tips. I also need reference to a good Auto shop. A few issues i suspect. Fuel Consumption. Burnt 65 litres for about 133 Miles (Assuming the Odometer reads in miles). Although i noticed low tyre pressure today and pumped all 4. Gonna fill the tank once more and note the milage. was told yesterday that the catalytic converter is missing. What are the implications? any on fuel consumption? Any good mechanic or auto shop that is affordable that can help with servicing and maintenance? Are there things in the car i need to pay particular attention to? |
123CarZ:no lagos |
iboboyswag:Thank you. Will get in touch with those people. Haven't driven an I4 before I don't know what it drives like. My issue with my former V6 car (babyboy)...it consumes more fuel. But that's typical of V6. What is the difference in driving I4? |
essegis:Do you have any? |
How much for Camry 2010? Camry 08/09 Ford Escape 2008 Ford Edge 2007/2008 Toyota Rav 4 2008/09 |
buchilino:Why Bro? Do you have any one other than Corolla? Please if you do, share. My number is 08029254108 |
benzmatic:Thank you very much. I agree Corolla is good. But three things for me. Performance, Reliability, and Aesthetics. Corolla isn't so good looking. I like Camry, and i feel this is what i am going to settle with eventually, but the interior of Camry mahn.... Honda Accord. The 09 upwards. Beautiful car. Lovely...especially the black leather. There is something about the seat and the dash board that makes it unique amongst cars within that range. And i have seen some Nigerian used ones within my budget range. My issues with Honda? Past Experience. How do i know one that won't give me leg or gear issues? Haven't seen a mercedes with that range yet. Haven't seen a good lexus within that range too. And actually, I don't mind people posting cars here. Makes the looking through tons of website easier. |
cityhood:What benz and spec? Name of others and specs please? |
buchilino:No Corolla. That car is for Bankers |
Anchor84:Can i see pictures of the Camry? And Specs? |
Anchor84:Thanks boss. Honda will be last option. My baby boy gave me leg issues in the first 12 months, and now I can't sell it as much as i want because of bad gear (switch or box...i dunno). I know it mighy be the particular car, but lemme try other brands this time. |
Abeg, i am tired of browsing and browsing. I need to get a good 'buy and drive' by Saturday. Budget is 2 million Sedan or SUV (preferred though) 2007 upwards (the later the better) Leather.... 4 Plug Automatic Transmission. low mileage, no issues with the car. |

I have not done business with you before, so i do not know what i should have done initially or not do. after series of mails and calculations with etisalat....this is their hypothesis 'Please contact the Parent SIM user who allocated data to you; please note that the Parent user still have access to data allocated to Child lines' They claim you have access to the data and could have used it. They need to check your own data usage to run some investigations. To do that, you are to please send a mail to them on this issue with the necessary identification and details. My issue is not getting to the root of this....it is getting my data back and using it to the last MB without it dissappearing. paykobo: |
Just seeing this. Thank you very much. |
paykobo:See image attached.

Hello paykobo This is my number 08029264108 i got 2gb etisalat data from you on the 24th of march 2015 around 5 - 6pm By the 1st week of april, Etisalat started charging me from my prepaid line. I checked *229*9# and could not seen the allocated data again. I called Etisalat and they said i no longer have an allocation or any data plan Etisalat and I have been involved in series of mail exchange, and i have gotten a data usage report from them that showed i only used about 540MB within that period. They claimed my sponsor -you - also have access to that data and could have used it since it was on a shared data platform. Please clarify what happened to my allocation, and if you have no hand in it, please send a mail to etisalat with your identification requesting for a usage report to be shared with me. Thank you |
