Even if he never could convince Pep as at then, there were tonnes of experienced and accomplished managers that are used to coaching at high level and under the pressure of coaching a big team that could easily accept the job then, Like Ancelotti, and the likes. But my man went for Moyes.

But trying to replicate a philosophy of his, is why the club makes confused appointments since his retirement.

If the owners can wake up to current realities, they will create a new philosophy that works with the present football realities.

Yea, that's why I said they can earn their place in the team by auditioning themselves with this qualifiers.The best players among them can be used as quality replacements for the NBA players that are bench warmer. That way , you have a quality roster. And not just a roster filled with quota selections that won't be useful to the team.

Rashford should have been the scorer of that goal if he wasn't offside because 90% of the time , Sancho usually pass the ball to the nearest man for an easy tap into an empty net. I've seen him do it a lot of times at Dortmund. The guy na pass first kind of player even if he can go for goal himself and no one will blame him for doing so.
