Bros if you have this kind of reviews on jiji your business is ruined for ever....if you want to refund you do it immediately without wasting time and you do it with apologies...to get someone to trust you with money is not easy

I sold a phone for someone who got my contact either from jiji or nairaland I think... We used escrow, after e don collect my market and I don collect money, the phone had an issue I didn't even know, I was unaware and the buyer contacted me. It was very easy, I had to refund him instantly with apologies....

People don't know what they call image, they just act anyhow.... For that same phone dt has fault, I had to re advertise it again on jiji and I stated the fault there, infact the price I got was even much more than the price I sold it to the first person Dt returned it. It was an iPhone Xr very neat one.

Infact I was glad that the person returned it and i refunded then advertised it again stating the issue and go over 100 msgs on jiji and whatsapp for this same phone wey get fault.


So honestly is a great deal that can't be joked with

The guy head of dept have told the guy to decide next week, either to leave or stay bcox he doesn't want trouble with my boss and moreover the job he is supposed to be doing is piling up with no one to do it

He isn't wrong to work two or more jobs since he can. I mean, if he is fired, you aren't going to take his space right? And there's no guarantee the other person coming in doesn't have another job (even if it's remote), that pays more.

The first issue is; Is it part of your job description to monitor random employees? Is he a subordinate to you? Whether or not it is against company policy isn't your first concern. You need to be sure that you're doing this because it is within your purview.

If you have no business reporting that, just check how his activities affect your work; then take steps to redress that. But if he doesn't affect your own output in any way; please start trying out remote jobs. That way you won't be bothered by random people doing 2/3 jobs.

By the way, if it's as dreadful as you make his presence appear, who is the manager that didn't notice his absence?

boss gave me last warning bcox of sumtin happened and i didnt tell him. Na even salary issue and because of dt, delayed my salary. how will my boss feel again now dt he is paying salary of sumone dt is not working for him. he might acccuse me of knowing and not telling him...
