I greet everyone here
I need food that I can eat to gain weight am weighing 40 something at the age of 23.

Please help me I look like 18 years and can't proudly stand with my mates cus of my body size

There are two major secrets to adding weight

* Slow down your rate of metabolism
* Increase your appetite for food

You can achieve these two goals by

1. Eating calorie dense foods e.g beans, bread, banana, unripe plantain, boiled eggs, liver, meat, sweet potatoes, semolina. Eat this foods in large quantities. Avoid foods that increase your metabolism like garlic, ginger, cucumber, cabbage and alcohol.
2. Taking a bath 30min after having lunch. This can naturally slow down your metabolism. It's so effective, you will end up taking a nap afterwards.
3. Take appetite stimulating drugs like Chi Heptadine (costs less than N500 per pack) or any drug containing cyproheptadine after taking your meal.
4. Lastly, end your day with a heavy snack, be it moimoi, bread and beans or yam and egg.
