Field related questions do not mean the questions were tougher. Left to me I'd prefer the field questions.
Unless one has read and memorize those GMAT questions they're hell tough or discernible.

I was invited. It could be that the position you applied for is a highly competitive one. I applied for Lecturer Officer 11 D (Petroleum Marketing and Business Studies).

There is no compromise. The issue is that we all do not know the other criteria used in the process. Secondly, I do not agree with you that most invitees for the interview scored low marks. In the first CBT, I didn't see my score, but I'm 100 percent sure I didn't score below 70%. I wrote the second CBT (Option B) and scored 55%. Ask those who attempted some questions in Option A before switching to B and they'll tell you how difficult B is, compared to A.

Federal character in full swing. It will favour u sometimes, but this one is painful. 35% getting mail while 60% is still waiting for invite. Best of luck to the invitees and subsequent employees, the rest of us will live to fight another day. This whole recruitment was handled by a fed govt parastatal, so such was expected. Getting the job is a combination of God, brains,gender,federal character and (man know man). Its a shame, but that's the way it is

This is so frustrating... Was taking test A and it seems easy and promising.... I was sure of atleast 60percent... Only for the netwrk to hang and so we were now asked to take test B... Came out with 48percent... Feeling so bad.
