She has a timetable that has assorted foods like Pap, oat meal, golden moore, toast bread. For breakfast.

Lunch: jollof & fried Rice, yam and egg, beans, spaghetti and many more.

Fruit at intervals..Apples

Dinner: semo, yam flour etc.....

She takes milk (peak 123 with bournvita @ midnight and during the day.

I learnt that if someone dont wanna have another cs after the first,you are to wait for about 2years(im not sure).

Hello mothers in the house. My daughter will be 1 year this week. She has developed catthar, cough, and high temperature for 3days now. But it seems her temperature has subsided after giving her paracetamol. But the coughs and cattahar skill remains. I bought flu j cyrup and Neofylin cyrup for her but doesn't seems to be effective. Can anyone please recommend an effective drug to combat her cattah and cough. Thanks
