Not trying to take side, but try and imagine several other people bugging him with same question every now and then on top their TLC with them..
See for anyone going into TLC, it is assumed you know these basics that Deal Hunters have no control whatsoever on item arrival, so if you can't take it just simply stick to AIN.

But on a personal note I will give you a tip that works for me.. Whenever you buy TLC, make sure you ask Picker and Shipment date.
This way you will be able to track your item yourself via the packers thread without bugging anyone. And if itens lands and you still can't get it, then you have every reason to come here on thread and lay a complaint.
.
As it stands now, you can only pray him to refund you as you longer interested in the deal and can't wait anylonger, (even though I don't advice this as its kinda a loss waiting all this while and quiting when it almost arrived).. If its what brings you peace, do it.

Refund in cases other than Item Not As Decribed, or Not as Agreed is a FAVOR that can be considered by a Seller.. It's never qnd shouldn't be a RIGHT by the Buyer.

Maybe the Big Fish here can afford to make refunds at any point in time. But we should also consider ones at the mid and lower level of the hierarchy...
Emmafe is a noble man, im sure a refund will be made as soon as the phone is sold

Some if not all Mifi devices have this issue. It was in camp I began to notice almost everyone with a mifi, be it spectranet, smile, ntel, etc. They almost all had powerbanks to support their Mifi. Mifi consumes alot of power and they need a strong lithium ion battery but these ISPs don't care about that. Just get yourself a little powerbank and USB cord dedicated solely for your Mifi.

No.. It's only in Nigeria we are being sold mediocre Mifi devices.
I'm currently using an unlocked 4G Verizon Mifi.. with 4000mah battery..
It last me though out the day.. From 7am to 7pm,, I only charge at night..
NB I'm n heavy internet user
