Timtol:Proposed Resident. Location: Ikorodu Lagos Design at tight end....Plot area less than 50/50ft and yet we brought this out,the only ache is the open stairway as a result of exhausted space in hiding it making it functional as well. Don't think your plot is too small, 30ft by 100ft isn't worse as you thought

oscarnoble:Good job. Are you scared for the two short beams you put under the cantilever for the support? Lol without the beams it's more creative and makes that part of the building more beautiful plus you would have save every material used in those beams. If you get the engineering code well(sth I call code) till the world ends nothing will happen to that part but perhaps what's the dimension of the cantilever if I may know or maybe the architect is scared but I think the Engr should have helped this out. |
