The manhole and the chamber together.... This serves two things
The waste will go thru the down part then the water inside the compound goes on the upper one

The engineer made some correction and changes to the plan.
Like the bath in the 3rd bedroom has been moved to the other side to accommodate a window and some adjustment was done to the kitchen and dining also the entrance to the master bedroom was adjusted so also is the master bath entrance.

Please house help me with this quotation for a 3 bedroom bungalow foundation.
625,100 I think it a little high considering the land is in the north and is flat.
The DPC is just the block and not the entire floor
Attached is the quotation, the floor plan and pic of the type of dpc

Sir check your plan well, you mean this is the plan you wanna build?
It is well, I guess a fresh student who just resumed did this for you.
Pls check it before you proceed or open a thread for critiques so you can see architects' view and other brainy.

The Wi-Fi, CCTV cables and other works

We starting this already where u can access the whole door of this building on the phone, the gate, the audio sound,the WiFi connectivity and many more.

Then the long smart curtain operation, more than 10 automated curtain operation and many more.
Now really moving on and will update all followers as we progress.
This building am sure will be one class in Ogun state by God's grace.
If you are here you won't believe pictures aren't real at all.
It's easier said than done they said but now u can see.
