The Nigerian dealer can ask his Iranian counterpart to import goods for him worth the difference without any actual transfer of money taking place. @op your observation is correct. To me i think lack of maintainance of lagos road is the basic problem and this bottles down to govt inadquences and ineffectivenes. 5ys ago a new road was constructd in my area but the state of that road today is a sorry sight. This makes me wondr if we are actualy movin foward or back.
