InvestmentRe: What Business Can I Do With #300,000? by tinz: 3:53pm On Mar 19, 2018
Brother looking at the economics of the country. It would be wise putting your cash into a good banking account that will bring little interest. You could visit stanbic bank for investment advise as they are currently the best for businesses. Also starting a business requires good capital especially in this country if without good capital.. just expect starting from zero when you fail. UBER is another good one, there are car dealers that accept part payment after a deposit. You can try do a visiting to them so as to know more.

Am an indigene of this place..i know this place very well.the Young boys know nothing other than cultism.this is primarily caused by politicians who uses them for political achievement.this has been happening for years most of the boys were used by rochas and Amaechi as awara is a boundary town between imo and rivers..the most painful thing is after election this politicians hardly visit this region.lact of electricity for more than 30 years..no good roads, school or medical centre..yet a Gass plant is being built in this place called ASA/AWARA..i so much will like the journalist to visit this town Nd see how backward it has been since independence

PoliticsRe: South East To Build Five Mega Industrial Clusters by tinz: 9:52am On Aug 15, 2017
Am from ASA and am very familiar with the said gass plant. The truth they won't tell us is that the project has caused so much trouble among the committee as the said shell keep looking for ways to create conflict among the people by either using police or through bribery up till this moment. No good roads,no electricity,no schools in that community called ASA. Yet ASA has the largest Gass deposit in eastern Nigeria and at least one oil well but nothing to show for it. Tomorrow when the youth start to protest they will start singing a new song. The media should try and visit that place called ASA a small community in ohaji imo State where several oils well has been discovered. But has been in darkness for ages

hmm
Reminds me of how dangote planned to situate his #12 billion in rivers state only for those stupid rivers communities to start forming unions, organizations just to collect money, as a business man dangote moved his investment to Lagos where sane persons reside. A refinery that could have employed thousands of rivers youths.

This is how these jobless and lazy youths keep driving away investors. How can they tell she'll to handover to their local company. Can't they take a clue from Lagos? why are people very comfortable setting up investments in Lagos and not rivers. Still they will complain of lack of jobs for youths. these guys are uselessly lazy. Spdc even has 11 court cases as defendants from 11 different organizations. U want to build road for them, u settle the youths, u want to build hospital for them u settle the youths, u want to give them water, u settle the youths.
I know how in Kebbi the indigenes bring roasted yam for us while repairing their water pipes, unlike rivers where they will kidnap and harass u
I HATE RIVERS MENTALITY
Tribe aside . You said the plain truth. Am from a small town in imo that shares boundary with rivers. Egbema and elele precisely. Each time i travel i ask don't this youth reason, why are they so lazy to work but then i realised years of neglect have changed their way of reasoning. Rivers are very lazy am ikwerre and it's a fact

When Tafawa Balewa was Prime Minister of Nigeria;

Chief of Army Staff was from SE
Chief of Naval Staff was from SE
IG of Police was from SE
Chief of Defence staff was fron SE
Internal Affairs Minister SE
External Affairs Minister SE
Education Minister South SE
Many other key ministries to SE
Parliament President SE
Unilag VC from SE
University of Ibadan VC from SE
North resisted same at ABU!

Still there was dissatisfaction by SE, the officers from the region killed this same Balewa!!!!

Out of all the most senior officers in Nigeria, SE has 37, none was killed. 8 from the north, all of them were killed. 10 from the west, 2 were killed.

Then Ironsi imposed a unitary system of government on the country so that everything can belong to a region who snatched it!

We must know our history so that when we want to make corrections, we will not end up concealing the truth. This has nothing to do with tribalism but everything to do with the truth.....at times when lies litter the streets.

These are documented facts!

Thou shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.

Copied....
And during this time. Please tell us so we can as well know the truth. Was the economy good or bad, growing or in recession. What was the naira compared to other currencies and also tell us under who's people was the naira rendered useless
PoliticsRe: Obasanjo Lands In Minna To Join Osinbajo For Investment Summit(pics) by tinz: 3:45pm On Aug 14, 2017
One thing i love OBJ about is that he placed the Yorubas first before any tribe. We all know OBJ stole more than GEJ regime but the Yorubas will gladly defend him saying don't you have elders. Personally if i were the president of this country i will send just few people to North Korea to face trial for crime committed. OBJ, IBB, GEJ,Sanusi, Tinubu, Fashola, the Borno State governor and a few others. How i wish ICC is located in North Korea this motherfucker called OBJ won't be alive walking despite his crime. Knowing fully pbp will loose the election he tore his card so APC will think is on their side so as to avoid being probed. It's politics who ever thought him really thought him well
PoliticsRe: Nigerians Would Not Be Pushed To War By The Igbo's. by tinz: 3:30pm On Aug 14, 2017
Alcatraz005:
I greet my fellow forumites especially my immediate constituents (yoruba) and I just want to implore all to resist any provocation by the igbos to destroy our country.

There is nothing to gain in war but much to be lost in a needless conflagration in the most populous black nation on earth. The consequences of a war in Nigeria is better imagined as Syria will be child's play compared to the level of destruction that we will experience in Nigeria. Another reason why we should resist being goaded into conflict by the igbos is because they are a defeated race already hence the constant frustration from them. The effects of the civil war defeat of the igbos is still being felt by them. What we are witnessing right now in the form of the current agitations is that the present generation of igbos just came to the realisation that igbos have been consigned to slave status (2nd class citizens in their own country). This sudden reality is why they are exasperated. It is the stubborn struggle of a dying animal. In Yoruba, we call it (japooro). Ibo n japooro ni.....

Let's face it, the igbos cannot win a free and fair Presidential Election in Nigeria and they know it. Which of the two big tribes will vote for an igbo? None! Igbos have burnt all bridges of friendship and they wish to bring the whole house (Nigeria) on all other peace loving Nigerians. I specifically want to appeal to my Hausa brothers to withdraw the quit notice issued to igbos as insisting on pushing the igbos out will be playing into the grand plans of the enemies of Nigeria. I would not trade the peace and tranquillity of Nigeria for my fervent wish to see igbos punished for their hate and insolence. It is not just worth it. Love trumps hate any day, anytime.

The Igbos are not worth the destruction that will trail the execution of the quit notice. As any discerning mind will notice, the igbos are losing relevance every day as they are now the butt of jokes Nationwide. We should allow them fully express their folly to their full derision and chagrin. We won't fight a war because of Igbos. Never!

I would end with a reference to a principle I encountered in the book, 48 laws of power by Robert Greene. And it goes thus: a strategem is more powerful than weapons of war as it (stratagem) has the power to destroy the lives of babies in the womb of their mothers. An apt example is the genius of the late sage, Chief Obafemi Awolowo who without firing a single bullet, defeated the the biafran forces and essentially brought the Nigerian Civil war to an abrupt end through the power of his immense intellect. The effect of Awolowo's sheer intelligence is still being felt by the Igbos today who have essentially been turned to generators of internal revenue for the children of Awolowo and Ahmadu Bello. The war has been won and lost, we do not need another war in Nigeria. Never again!

The Igbo's should be pitied and not hated.

God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Have you for once sat down and reason on why a region want off this union after 50 years. If you hadn't yet. I personally will advise you to do so maybe you will then start to reason as human.
