May God grant us all easy deliveries and to the mamas that have their babies already, God bless them all. Missmalachi and all other mamas with flat tummy post delivery, pls what did you do to achieve such flat tummy ?

For the past 3 days whenever I wake up in the morning, I have leg cramps on my left leg like muscle pull and it takes a while for the pain to go, I dont know if I am the only one experiencing this.

You are not the only person o. I am had a serious muscle pull last night and my scream brought down the whole house. My boss said that I need calcium, I don't know if that will help but if anyone knows any solution to muscle cramps. Please share.

aye88: Hello everyone, I've been a very silent reader of this thread for sometime now. To the glory of God, I just got my bfp. I can tell u for the short while I was ttc, the journey wasn't easy. People tell u to relax but the truth is, its not so possible. Expecially the two weeks wait after ovulation. Its like torture. But I've learnt that God is truly the giver of children. We just have to keep pressing at his door till he answers. The cycle when I took in was the cycle I didn't even take my usual folic acid, same as my hubby too who was usin folic acid and zinc. I got angry and tired using it, but hubby said he even forgot about it. I'm not trying to discredit the importance of this drug but somewhere deep down in my heart, I felt my spirit tellin me that God wounldnt want us to give the glory to this drugs I was using so I stopped. The cycle I stopped was the cycle the conception happened. I want to encourage us here that though weeping may endure for a night, but joy comet in the morning. By the time God will turn around our captivity, it will be like a dream. Don't give up. Let's keep praying, and trusting God. D cycle I conceived, all my husband and I did was praying, thanksgivng, personal vigils, and I also sowed some seeds in my church. I also paid my tithe that month. The sunday b4 it happened, was thanksgiving sunday, I danced like never before believing God and he did it. So my dear sisters, don't give up. U never know when ur miracle will come. Sorry for my long post

The only 2 methods I know to chart ovulation are opk and EWCM. I would be interested in other methods. Also, pls let me know if u have alternative method to treat pcos.

@tippex and mytestimony, pls be carehouse how u use proviron. At our early stage of ttc, a doc precribed proviron and manix for my hubby. His count drastically reduced from 68million to 12million. Pls make sure that d doc that precribed it knows what he is doing.

miraclebaby: @Greenfriend lol @tippex as @mytestimony said, proviron does more harm than good to some men, my dh included. I didn't know until @bnice posted a link here. His morphology was almost 100% but count was very low and motility not good, 40% or so, after proviron for 3mths, everything including morphology got worse. when I posted here, @bnice adviced against it and we had to stop going to hospital first. After one round of wellman conception with Korean ginseng, and zinc, there was a drastic change from 8.3 *10^6 count and 0% actively motile to 20 *10^6 count and 10% actively motile. Right now he's on fertilaid, count and motility boost. And motility keeps getting higher. he's on 3rd bottle now after which he'll retake the test. U may try for 1 or 2 mths and check if its good for him, on the other hand, why not try manix, his count is just on the borderline. Though ur doc knows best but watch to know if its ok. @Hephzi04 welcome to the family and have a short fruitful stay. I'll suggest you visit a gynaecologist to assist you understand ur cycle and run preliminary tests to be sure everything is ok. If you can lay ur hands on billings ovulation calendar, it'll help u a lot to understand ur cycle. It's very simple as you just have to start from cd1. Ovulation usually occurs 16-14 days before the next period. Basal temp. thermometer is also good and the combination will help u understand ur cycle faster as ur temp. will go up once u ovulate. You can also go for ovulation predictor kits, if you av enough cash u can try digital, else use predict ovulation kit. Its below 2k. follow the instruction. To know ur cycle length, check the days of ur cycle for the past 3 months, add them together and divide by 3 to get ur average cycle length then follow the procedure. Remember to eliminate stress as it can adversely affect conception. @skimpychick the Name of the Most High be praised. Congrats sis and kisses to ur lo. Just keep boosting the count. Morphology is ok. How is motility? pls who's @Nezzel or did I miss a page? pls identify urself sis. @Dasha01 it will only get better, do U know how God works? Yes, He always want to show his good works. Doctors are human, we are human but God is always God. Cast all ur troubles on him, do all the ones U can and U'll be surprised he'll do the rest. Morning comes after dawn and never before. Be strong and continue ur treatment as U pray harder as if Ur help is only from Prayer. mytestimony: Hmmm I dont like the idea of proviron o. Some Doctors are quick to prescribe it . From experience it does more harm than good in
the long run. Is the doctor a fertility specialist? I suggest u see one . Also our sabi sabi mamas wld shed light on some natural remedies. If you check ttc forum too u would get plenty suggestions. .
