Op, I see through your prism also. I have once said within this forum that Nigeria is politically, ethnically and religiously divided. However, if the social security and economics indices can be improved upon to translate into reduced poverty level, the gaps in those dividing factors can be closed. On this note, for equity and sense of oneness, all the geopolitical zones that currently makes up the country should have a two term slots in the presidency. Most importantly, it must be seen and demonstrated by whomever is occupying that office that his administration is uniting the nation, improving infrastructure, economics and overall living standards of the citizens. It is my view that by the time the zones would have finished their turns, we will have more uniting factors than the dividing ones. During that era, the man/woman from Kano, Zamfara and Yobe state will be representing a constituency in Ebonyi, Abia and Anambra state and vice-vasa. Edo and Osun state indegenes will win a landslide electoral victory against Enugu and Akwa Ibom people in the later's home stead. We can do it if we decide. It makes no sense to wish away that there is tension and is building up more. If we don't take certain decisions consciously and quickly now, this country may not survive and its balkanisation will not be to the good of anyone. The political class are fully aware of the threat to our unity and that's why many have been calling for restructuring of the federation. We continue to pray that God will give us good leaders to guide this nation to greater unity and peace. God Bless Nigeria. |

Me, participate in an e-poll being conducted by sahara reporters, enemy of Nigerian state, supporters of bokoharam. Sensational reporters that said bokoharam are attacking NA with 3 helicopters. It seems they have ran out of news and fabrication for bokoharam and looking for other sensational reports. Even if am using free data, I dare not. |
malikmoreni:Dear, OP is not high on weed. I saw the car being decorated yesterday on tele during reports on preparation for his inauguration today. That's legacy ride. Wishing Ekiti people the best of dividends. |
When we are talking of removing immunity from the executive they are planning to include legislators. Nigerian legislators always making laws to favour them since Greek historians era. The other time they stepped down a bill on social security seeking to provide stipends for the elderly and unemployed youths sighting source of fund as the problem. There is need to have this arm of govt but these people are self serving. They don't have the interest of the masses and the nation at large. Our legislators have shown that the best amendment to the nation's constitution should not come from them. If we fail to make good use of the national conference report on the proposed amendments to our constitution, then we've failed again. These political contractors are running this nation down. Oh God, help us salvage this country by awakening the consciousness of the masses to speak in one voice. A voice that will enable us stand against subjugation, a clear and distinct voice, a voice that will be reckoned with, the voice of the people which is the Voice of God. God Bless Nigeria. |
noordean:This is a very bad news, period Wrong move, wrong time. |
This is a bad move on the part of NFF. Keshi has done a lot for our national team and is still doing. Why now, why not allow him finish the remaining matches. What magic is Amodu going to put that will change the fortune. This sack to me now will bring more negativity than good. Pinnich said on assumption of office that he doesn't like Keshi and that's what is playing out but at the wrong time. This move is pure gamble cos if SE wins their next 2 matches, he takes credit and if they lose he will receive lashing from Nigeria. Keshi stands a better chance of winning the next 2 matches. We criticises a lot, must we win all the time. We must learn to accept defeat occasionally. Our gentle support and positive criticism is all they need. Let's always remember the good times. On the move to engage a foreign technical advice, I don't support that. Why not send our local tacticians for training and under-study. This move is definitely going to take us back. Praying for a proactive solution in our sports administration. God Bless Nigeria. |
Keshi should finish the job at hand. I don't think there's going to be a magical hand that will turn the table to make us qualify or lose out of the tournament. This is not the best time to thinker on this decision. |
Our Redeemer promised not to leave us orphaned, the Holy Spirit is our advocate, councillor and comforter. Dear Nnekamezor, may the Lord grant that the Holy Spirit will be your source of strength in weakness, hope in despair, light in dark moments, wisdom in moments of doubt and above all fruitfulness (good fruits) through Christ Jesus - Amen. |
Well done our great amazon, the SUPER FALCON. Keep making us proud the queens of Africa. Where your male folks have failed, you go and conquer. More strength to you. |
Am not speaking for CHI but note there are fake product brands in the market. Some cheats arrested not long ago confessed to this crime of producing popular brands of wine and fruit juices. I think their report was posted online last week. The cautions to take includes observe the product you want to buy carefully, buy from reputable retailers like super shops, they will always get their stocks from right source. Again observe b/4 you consume. |
Stunningjudy, congrats on your BD celebration. Wishing you more blessed and fulfilled years ahead. Cheers!! |
Debbie dear, the prophecy of Isaiah 43:1-4 is my prayer for you today and always through Christ Jesus - Amen. Rejoice child of God. |
