There is nothing mysterious about this. Anyone caught on the path of lightning strikes can be hurt or killed depending the magnitude of the bolt.
That is why when there's a severe weather, people are advised to take shelter in a grounded building. Again lightning normally strikes at the tallest object on its path. The most important thing is being out of its path and how do one knows its path, then stay indoors when there's likelihood of lightning strikes.
There are other safety measures to take during this period. Maybe I will update some later.

I stand to be corrected. However, what is happening between Nigeria and South Africa now may be connected with an open romance with SAn leader, Jacob Zuma and a top ranking presidential aspirant in Nigeria who lost out in the contest previously and is still warming up now.
The media reported that since Zuma's pal lost the bid, he has been behaving indifferently towards this govt. Even the non recognition of our president during Mandela's burial was linked to some of those deeds.

It is true nations need each other but what we're getting from them, we can get it elsewhere and they will be the bigger loser.

From the reports in the second seizure, it seems the transaction was initiated before the over $9 million dollars cash saga of September. Maybe what lead to resorting to use cash. I do agree anyway that there maybe some loopholes on the part of our govt which I will not stand in for them. They may have taken certain things for granted but in the situation we find ourselves now, we need the support of all citizens to win the war against terror and build a viable strong nation. I have said once that I don't like the type of politics both APC and PDP is playing. Am not supporting PDP outrightly, however being the govt in power, the need our support most often There is a type of politics APC will play and win the sympathy of all Nigerians but that is lacking.

What can we say about this second seizure, fund was legally transferred through bank by a Nigerian firm (not cash) and received by a South African arms dealer. However, it was learnt that this SA firm's license expired before the transaction could be effected.
They applied for re-registration but was delayed by whatever reason known to the SA govt. The firm now decided to return the fund to the Nigerian firm and SA govt clamped on the fund. Is SA indirectly supporting bokoharam?

If South African citizens refuses to speak against what their govt is doing to Nigerian govt which is not in their interest, a pay back day will come and we shall remind them this action.

I can see someone like Jacob Zuma assuring one of our own his strong support.

Nigerian govt should take a strong stand on SA. We can start by recalling our ambassador. Extend further to all their interests in Nigeria.
Why should we be playing soft game with a nation that is fighting us openly. It was reported and it is fact that South African president, Jacob Zuma is a close pal to one of Nigerian opposition presidential aspirant who lost out previously and is still eyeing the seat.
Well, no cause for alarm, we shall deal with them appropriately at the right time.

Introduction of Sanitary Inspectors for environmmental and health monitoring if well implemented professionally will take us to another level of consciousness of improved hygiene and safe environment.
I do ask questions often, where are our health and sanitary inspectors? If this programme is given a priority one (1) attention, there will be a significant reduction in diseases and infections.
I support this move seriously and wish is done professionally. You see people carrying out businesses close to dirty gutter, food vendors, meat sellers, residentials etc needs enforced surveillance.
