We've different realities in this world. We're higher than some entities, some are higher than us.

So when you need money in 3D world, entities above 3D can easily obtain it for you by using the secret of the universe & manipulating the masses.

So the ascended masters needs blood & worship to ascend to higher dimensions, that's why they can give you whatever you want in exchange for blood & worship.

As for the Masters in the game, they simply sacrifice blood & worship to the Ascended masters which are inturn used to manipulate the masses esp. unawakened individuals and money will be attracted to them.
