After my jamb, a question jumped up to my mind; that is {where i did my jamb exam is in auchi polytechnic(oseni elamah ict institute),} is the institute mainly for jamb exam, other exams related or is for both training and exams..?

I also noticed that in college of education agbor...

every school has an ict centre where students write computer based exams. so jamb uses it but by permission.

Please help me out.
I made my first order on Jumia today for the romoss sense 6 powerbank.
When I made the first order I was sent an otp code from my bank to confirm the payment but I dropped my phone to attend to something while I was waiting for the code. When I came back the otp had expired so I reordered.
I made the payment with my Access bank MasterCard and was debited as there was no option for pay on delivery for the product. After making the order I was shown processing.
I checked the order now and I was shown that my order was cancelled as payment was unsuccesful..
I havent been refunded neither have I received a call or sms from jumia.
Plz help me out
