I don't know why some persons think you can be awake although the night working and you can still be very agile during the day to do other things. So what time do you have to rest considering the fact that our body need at least 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep for a healthy living. In my opinion I prefer 7am to 3pm
Lastly night sleep cannot be substituted for anything cos it's the best for me

How about insisting on government tackling the inflation rates and high cost of living, price regulation of goods and services, reducing the electricity tariffs, creating enabling policies for business owners and ensuring the welfare of every Nigerian.
