Asia 5200
Africa 25850 ( Sorry I didn't ask them for the exceptions. )
Europe 16200 ( Except Uzbekistan, sorry I couldn't hear it correctly, I doubt if Uzbekistan is in Europe)

first week of October - November this year, that is if the bill is not accepted. all you need is a 600*600(2*2) pixel passport. you can apply on this site when that time comes www.dvlottery.state.gov dont use any agent oh.

dv 2014 is still valid, the stem act to cancel the dv program hasn't been approved yet. my brother @packaging a very big AMEN!!! to that.

some medicals are dated for 6 months while others are 3 months i suggest u leave in course of the 3 months.
