Let me rant here. I Dnt knw aw its doin me. I experience unexplainable pain on thursday.fr stomach thighten to menstral pain to urinatin every 5mins. I culdnt put my legs 2geda,sweatin lyk chicken & my right leg hooked me,i culdnt walk well. I managed d pain til afta work cos my princpal wasnt around 2get permisn frm. Got 2d hospital after work only 4d nurse 2say its false contraction since i didnt c mucus plug or water breakin. I Went back home&slept and D pains later subsided. I was just desperate for the sugar to drop fast, even the nurse that attended to me the following week asked me what I did. Someone close or me had that experience hers increased within one week to two plus, before we know what was happening her BP became high, they had to deliver her baby thru cs at 32 weeks, though the baby survived and she just gave birth to the second one with cs too. So I was desperate, my dear, stop everything for just one week and check, you will be surprised.

Mama, may God be with you, mine tested + a month ago when I was 28 weeks, doctor said I should stop sugar, I didn't only stop sugar oo, I stopped carbohydrates, palm oil, groundnut oil, banana, my daily food were cucumber and avocado pear with water in the morning. Then unripe smoked plantain in the afternoon, oatmeal amala with oilless okro in the night or unripe plantain flour. I went back a week after my glucose level dropped, not only that I dropped 2 kg within one week.

I didn't really have ms until week 11 and 12, by 13th I became myself again. But to reduce the tiredness that came with the extra bump I always had a bottle of Lucozade standby.
But I stayed away from anything spicy cos it made me throw up by meer looking at it.

Night walk, I started my walk last month, if I dnt walk very well in a day I wnt be able to sleep, I have to trek and be tired for sleep to take over. I trek very well everyday. I think that's the mistake most pregnant women make, is wen they are close to delivery they start exercise and walking, start early so that body can start preparing. Supernatural delivery to us all.
