Mama, it is well with you. I will suggest you trek, dancing , meet with Dh . That really helped me a lot. Was already 6cm when I got to the hospital. Within three hours I birth my Lo. Dealing with toddlers has really made BS difficult for me but promise to do that tomorrow after naming ceremony. Waiting for the good news

On d other hand.. I was having contractions yesterday went to d hospital in d evening.. V.E was done only 2cm dilated.. I just carry myself dey go house I can't deal biko doctor was insisting on admitting me I no gree ooo...When labor starts fully I go show back.
Baby's movements now is so painful and regular ooo no space again.. I can't wait to meet this little one here

Happy new month and welcome to the month of November. Teamies how are we doing? D waddling no be here oo, to turn for bed na big work now oo, to wash my feet when bathing na task oo... In all i am grateful we are getting to d finish line soon. God we thank you. It is not easy at all oo.

Hope we have started packing our hospital bags and arranging d house because baby might decide to show early.. clean ur nipples always oo... Hope we dey collect d kpekus offering as our strength can carry us.. No dulling oo.

D excitement of seeing/birthing my baby is much now i cant wait for Dec to arrival oo

Hope we are taking our drugs regularly no skipping ooo, drink enough water and eat fruits and vegetables for your blood levels. Cut down on sugary things and too much carb... Hope we are keeping up with our appointments.. Monitor ur body and ask questions if d need be.

Let's drop our baby gender if u have checked so i will update... I be team suprise oo

It is too bad that we don't answer roll call... D importance of this roll call is check on everyone of us and know that we are doing good and moving together... On the other hand my energy level is high now ooo I dey rock this pregnancy no be small oo am drinking enough water now but I still eat a little.. If I try to eat big next thing na vomit oo. My bump is showing very well now . Time to take our first TT injection if u have not taken d shot inform ur doctor on ur next appointment.

If you never register for antenatal this is d time to do that so you will be checked and monitored oo we want healthy babies ooo... We need to be taking our drugs regularly no skipping ooo, drink enough water and eat fruits and vegetables for your blood levels oo.

I know some of us are showing already biko enjoy d privileges it is not easy to carry belle

Those with toddlers abeg try and get some rest no matter how d make d house busy all d time ( speaking from experience oo)

I want to thank God for what he did for us, fast forward to last year immediatly after weaning my first son , a month after I discovered I was pregnant. At six weeks I started spotting brownish blood, they said it was due to stress. I saw my gnecologist and I was placed on progestrone shot thrice a week till 10th week and the spotting stopped at 12 weeks. Then the pregnancy continued, at 30 weeks I discovered my baby was breech, it wasn't funny I started praying, after so much prayers at 35 weeks baby changed position to head down, fast forward to Sunday at 38 weeks six days, I started having contraction early in the morning. I packed my bag inside the car told hubby in case of anything. After resting, the contraction stopped then on Monday night I strolled, Tuesday I came for antenatal doc checked and said I was just 1. Something 2cm going to 2cm that in case anything happen I should come back that was 39 weeks. Tuesdday i strolled with my hubby for two hours and ate a whole pineapple . Fast forward to Wednesday night i strolled with hubby and ate a whole pineapple. Danced woth my son and my neighbour gave me zobo to drink like tea nothing added. I started having contraction even when we were trekking every five minutes. On Thursday, I saw on Wed that there was going to fuel scarcity so I planned to go to filling station, after dressing up I discovered I was having contraction, I decided to drive myself to hospital to checked what was happening. My neighbour said he would call cab that I shouldn't drive. I disagree so he sai he was going to call my hubby. We got to the hospital around 12 noon and I was checked, he said I was 2cm but decided to admit me because of the contraction. That was when I real back something started by 6 pm I was checked I was 4cm. The doc came around again to check around 10 and saw that I was still 4cm, he said I shoukd be placed on oxtoycin tab, around 11. 30 pm the real contraction started, I started seeing stars, around 2 am the doc broke my water, I started feeling the urge to push but the nurse checked and said I was just 7 cm that I shouldn't . But the nurse tried she was rubbing my back, thirty minutes after I started shouting I will poo on this bed something is pushing me. The nurse checked and said madam wait ur baby head is coming out. She ran inside the delivery room, called one other old nurse, they called doc he said is not possible for her to dilate that fast. He didn't respond until they shouted baby head is almost out. They had to wear glove for him and with only one push, my princess came out screaming exactly 3 am with plenty hair and plenty cord on her neck . Three things helped to be fast, because the doc said I would deliver around 6:15 am but I delivered exactly 25 minutes after.
I went to the room of the woman that delivered bf me and I carried her baby and use him to pray for mine to be fast.
I called my pastor that prayed for me
And when the nurse told me Is something I had to go thru to bring forth a being I rejected it that Jesus Christ came and destroyed that cross by hanging on the tree.
I want to thank everyone for their support. I wish other April mamas supernatural delivery.
Please dnt mind my typing still in the hospital waiting to be discharged and No body is with me

God is faithful, congrats mama, my neighbour too welcomed her Prince today. two April mamas gave birth in the hospital, we use the same hospital.

Being anxious is different from being high abi? They will say where did this quiet “Gracedom” come from? though my date it’s still midway, The sound of April already makes me feel high

we are readyyyyyyy, like seriouosy we are in April oo. dnt know why am not anxious, waiting for God's given date, my neighbour that is one week ahead of me is already having contraction, she is set to deliver, her bag already inside the car. she should deliver by tomorrow. jumping up and down already.

Sabi mama's, biko help o. Breast milk everywhere o whenever I sleep and wake up. Whenever I just touch it, it's like I just turned the tap on. How can I prevent the over leakage before baby comes?

Please someone should open floor, flask is no for me. for my first a nurse broke my new expensive flask so I decided not to buy again. hunger worried my stomach and the food they served in the hospital was just too small. No wonder I didn't lactate on time. and I couldn't eat when I was in labour. thanks teamie

Loyal and wonderful April mamas. How are we all waddling. Our much anticipated month is just a few hours away. Am supper sure our complexion are a but darkened now as we approach our edds. The Lord is our strength. Just feel I should highlight a few items we may likely forget as we are about zipping our bags.
*Baby FORMULA for the first few day in case ur breast doesn't respond immdiately
*slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste
*Beverages ie tea and milk
*Glucose
*Flask and hot water
Along with ur hospital bag.
Wishing us all supernatural delivery. It shall end in praise.
