4. Best way to know if you are lucid dreaming, ask yourself "I'm i dreaming?"

3. Meditate from 4am - 5am daily.
4. While meditating focus on that space between your eyes.
5. Chant the mantra "Om" more frequent.
6. Use mudras.
7. Practice deep spiritual yoga.
8. Don't forget to align your chakras everyday especially the root chakra.
9. Look at the rising sun every morning.
10. Be prepare for some spirits.
11. Lastly, just a discipline or religion. Like i practice Buddhism.

I did my meditation yesterday night as well as this morning by 4am. After the exercise this morning I fell asleep again. Though not 100% asleep. Then in the dream state its as if I was having a discussion with myself. When I woke up I was trying to remember all I said but can't. I think I am being exposed to lucid dreaming

I've been meditating in the dark with binaural beats for a week and I keep seeing that illumination (like someone is flashing a torch with my eyes closed).
