The internal struggle of whether to deposit the money in your forex account or not, is probably what unsettle you whenever you have money and eventually leads to cough.



Start off by closing all your forex account, then you can look into blocking the route through which you deposit money there.

Where a house becomes a liability is when there’s little or no source of income to the landlord for maintenance of the building.

Little things like roof leakage, damaged pipes, plumbing issues and many more little things would make that house become a liability.

I agree with the loan aspect. That’s if the terms of the loan is friendly.
An abandoned house is still never a liability . In 10years time the area will develop you may even get people who are ready to use rent to renovate it. Like someone said your house is already a growing business that is increasing daily. If a school gets built near your house you can convert it to shop .

Sell that house. You no come this life to come relax. I know you are still young. You can start up that business and grow it.

Honestly I don’t think you owned a building before. You sell a house and your children inherit the business (if it succeeds) and start hustling to buy land and build a house from scratch again in the future?

I am an orphan, I know what I went through to get to this stage, I had to be heartless and turn blind eye towards my environment else I will be taken up in it, I can easily become a sociopath because people are selfish and take advantage of you when they know you only have them. Its by some special grace I scale through, and even though I am still keeping up with my hardness, I hope to do good and show kindness to anyone deserving of it once I am comfortable and free from these foolish people.

Those who push me to the world and hardened my heart against my will, I never shall forgive them or their type, i never forgive, it is beyond my power.


Hello brother, I feel you. I made the same exact decisions you took too. I am an orphan. People trying to take advantage of you betrayals from supposed families and friends because they think you have no other option. Humans are wicked naturally .I made the decision never to speak to or have any reason to smile with some people in my life again and that has been the best decision. I want to encourage you to keep going strong and never stop praying. Believe in God. You inherit all both your mother and your fathers enemies and frenemies who come out of their shells after death and zero friends. You will only have about 10% of your friends who will genuinely care . But never allow anyone see you finish or know your whole story in this life.
