GenBuhari: My wife is now 8weeks and experience some brief bleeding 2 days ago.
She has high BP and is currently on sick leave until July.

Two Previous miscarriages were suspected to be due to Urinary Tract Infections.

After she informed me that she was bleeding, I quickly stocked on cranberry juice after she had opted not to go to hospital. Thank God she has not bled since.

She has been prescribed blood pressure meds but has a habit of not taking her meds consistently, so I wonder whether there is any suggestions?

Same thing happened to me at bout 12wks,was given an injection to strengthen my womb(fgten d name now)and d bleeding stopped,pls its very important to go to d clinic if therz any bleeding or spotting,don't do home remedy,on d brightside iv heard that women who spot in early pregnancy mite be aving multiple babies

As per her bp,u shud get a blood pressure monitoring kit,so that ul be able to determine wen her bp goes bak to normal,cos wen I had d same issue d doc on duty gave me a drug(fgtn d name,but it starts wth an R,rosset or smthn lik dat instead of aldomert)now dis guy just gav me a whole pack of lik 6tablets and told me to go use and come bak in a weekz time,now I'm a cautious person and I felt it didn't mak sense for me to continue takin bp meds for days wtht knowin if my bp was bak to normal,so I bot d bp kit,and d very nxt day I realized my bp was bak to normal,so I went bak to d clinic and dis time met d head doctor to find out if I had to continue using d drugs,u shoulda seen d expresion of fear and relief on his face that I came bak,cos if I had continued blindly using the drugs wtht checkin to see if I stil needed it,I wud av gotten low bp,wich is even worse dan high bp,moral of my long story,ur wife needs to av her bp cheked regularly while shez on bp meds,so that as soon as it returns to normal,she can get a go ahead from d doc to stop,she also nids plenty rest,sinc shez on leav now,she shud mak d bed her bestfriend,and stop any stresful activity for now,e.g,going to d market,takin public transport(yup that ish is xtrmly streinous)

@mcfemad,31 is nt so bad,though 35 is sposd to be d best,wat iv heard that helps boost it is malt and milk or poporo(guineacorn stalk)they said its sold in d mkt,she'll wash d sticks and boil it,then use d water to make milo and milk,an aunt of mine was really ill her bloodcount was down to 23,twas realy bad,she was white,cudnt even walk,she was told to use d poporo(I thnk dts d yoruba name)mixture and d tin worked lik a charm,since its guinea corn(okababa)stalk,I'm sure it wud be safe in pregnancy,wud ave recomended d ugu and malt therapy,but since its veggies wifey mite purge

Chineke , 3-4 babies at once,ahhh bros xcept u get plenty money abeg scrap dt my list for dem bouncers and highchairs o,focus on d clothes,minicots,DIAPERS(buy dem plenty o)babyformular cos I doubt if ur wife can xclusively breastfeed dem,she'll nid to suplement wth baby food,feeding bottles,kai I'm overwhelmed,can't even thnk weRr to start,abeg any moms in d house wth experience on multiple babies,d lord is ur strength my broda,he dat has given u these precious gifts will provid u with all u nid to tak care of them,if ure into buyin dem baby bouncers and stuff,u shud be able to see d ones they ave for multipl babies,lemme check online,wil get bk to u

im greatly encouraged,choi for multiples,ul av to get double o,in ur case I'd advice u to go for d cheaper stuff,lik d bouncer u can get for lik 7k(a fine one,and I'm givin u ibadan prices,I'm sure thyr cheaper in lag)walker iv seen one for bout 8k befor,for carseats(unles u can aford it)thyr nt realy necesary if u av peopl dt can cary d babies,I dnt thnk u shud buy a cot sef,the minicots shud do,unless u find a big enuf cot that will tak d 2of dem(but babies generaly dnt sleep in cots for long,dunno y)but I gues they can share the oda thngs iv listed,goodluck to u and wifey o,una go buy diapers tire cos I remember wth my 1st kid,I bot huggies diapersand befor I turn all d diapers go don finish,cos newborns can poop up to 5times a day,wth dis present baby I'm goin for cheaper diapers based on dia quantity not quality at least for d first 2months,befor I switch bak to quality
