Really,will definitely giv this a try,but op,there was a day I tried cooking with Afang leaves(they weer thinly shredded)but by d time d soup was cooked d afang leaves werr still hard ,was there smthn I did wrong

And in d case of d water leaf,should it be more than d afang? Gimme a rough idea(price) of lik say ow much afang and water leaf wil be enuf for a pot of soup,

and again d waterleaf,shud I dry fry it(put it in a pot and let d excess water dry)or for afang soup,it dosnt matter if therz xcess water

Growing up,those twin yolks used to be very common,along with onibeji bread,I guess d hens werr wellfed back then,but these days I no dey see dose kain eggs again

Try vegetable sauce,its delicious and nutricious

Ingredients
Tomatoes
Atarodo(pepper)
Onions
Ugu
Crayfish
Smoked fish
Pomo(cowhide,optional)
Maggi
Palmoil

Blend(just once,so that it isn't smooth)or slice ur tomatoes,onions,pepper,put some palmoil in a pot and let it bleach a little,pour in ur pepper mix,cut up ur smoked fish and put in ppepper along wth ur crayfish,pomo(cut it up in small pieces),salt and maggi,do not stir,allow d water in the pepper to dry up,once this is done,add ur washed ugu leaves(make sure u drain d water) and stir,leave to simmer for bout 4-5mins,make sure ur veggies don't overcook,d key to dis delicios sauce is the crunchiness of ur veggies
