How can I resolve this issue with playstore. It keeps telling me background data disabled, Google play needs background data enabled.

And I did not restrict background data, please who is having this issues. I'm running 6.0 marshmallow and it was even occurring when I was running lollipop

The Nasarawa State House of Assembly has suspended six of its members following a brawl which occurred during its plenary session on Monday, April 4, 2016.


The lawmakers were caught on camera throwing objects and punches at each other.
The suspension was announced by the Deputy Speaker of the Assembly, Godiya Akwashiki.
“13 lawmakers and me have voted in support of a motion moved for the suspension of the six lawmakers who misbehaved during our sitting on Monday,” he said.


“They are Kassim Mohammed-Kassim (APC-Akwanga South), Murtala Sodangi(APC-Nasarawa Central), Mohammed Okpoku (APC-Udege/ Loko, Musa Ali(APC-Keffi East), Makpa Malla (APC-Wamba) and Abubakar Kana (APC-Kokona West).

“These lawmakers are suspended from the house indefinitely without salary and allowances over their misconduct,” he added.
The legislators were said to have resorted to physical combat when a disagreement occurred over the appointment of sole administrators for 11 local government councils in the state.

While peeping at his female boss, who was having her bath, a 26-year-old houseboy, Ubong Etu Nbomang, has injured his spinal cord.
Nbomang allegedly injured his spinal cord when he was caught unawares by his boss’ friend peeping at his boss, a woman in her 30s.
According to reports, the houseboy allegedly made holes around the bathroom door, through which he peeped at his boss whenever she was having a shower.

Nbomang had climbed on a platform to have a vivid view of his boss who is in her 30s when his boss’ friend caught him and jumped off where he was and slipped on the wet tiled floor injuring his spinal cord.

Narrating her experience, Nbomang’s boss’ friend said, ‘I said to her: ‘So, you are not aware he has been here watching you as you were busy having your bath? I met him peeping, after asking for who was in the house without any response. I have been here for more than 15 minutes now without him knowing. Out of pity, the madam called her driver to take Nbomang to a hospital, while she later joined them at the hospital.’


Currently hospitalised at the Federal Medical Centre, Asaba, Delta State, after falling and breaking his spine, Nbomang blamed his actions on his boss’ beauty and the devil.

Speaking on condition of anonymity, Nbomang’s boss said, ‘Before now, I used to see him looking at me but I didn’t think otherwise because I saw it as nothing. It was when he was confessing that I got to know that he was the one that bore tiny holes on my door, which until this incident I never knew of.’
