You are to post a ticket on each March day, it doesn't really matter whether it entered or not.
Everybody was accusing the guy and even the culprit was already calling for his ban.
You guys have been up and doing regarding adherence to the rule and this is not just going against the rule but also making everyone look stupid. Or how would you explain Cheating and still being bold.
