Now that both APC and PDP failed to secure 25% votes in fct leaving only LP to get the said requirement. What will happen next?

To those saying a rerun will take place, which party will be considered?



Does it means that if a particular candidate wins the whole nigeria but failed to secure 25% in fct will not be declared winner?



Now lets say obi come a distant third behind Tinubu(1st) and Atiku(2nd) but wins fct 100%

Will he be paired with the first position for the rerun leaving out the 2nd person that scored the highest votes?

If we are to consider the first and second position for the rerun, both did not get the said 25% in fct, so what will happen in such situation.




That law can be argued but the implication of it will be too much for the courts to explain in my honest opinion

I was the person that started this issue. i believe by now, each eligible voter has taken a stand already on who to vote. I was just trying to encourage my fellow obedient to be strong and was not trying to force people here to vote my candidate.

Then your poor self suddenly appear from no where and assail on my opinion and personality for reasons best known to you. I should have replied accordingly but i let it slide. You still went ahead and have been insulting anybody that did not side with your unpopular and wicked opinion on this issue.
