Perhaps what you want to do is stir up a discuss or see peep's reaction/attitude to what appears to be a risky behaviour. To start with rapists and murderers dont usually drive around town hoping their victim will flag them down. They will usually have planned and targetted their victims. I will say most of the time its safe but realise u take a risk each time.
