hi guys, please is anyone else having issues with mtn network on M2, i changed my sim from airtell to mtn yesterday night and since them the network is not coming up, it will show the normal notification for sim change when booting but after that it will show a cancelled ball sign on the network bar.
NOTE; the mtn working perfectly on other phones

reporting live from the M2 still test running but I don't expect any issues.
I give the op 5 star, quickly response to inquiries and timely delivery .

Go to Aliexpress (desktop format) at the bottom of the page you will see customer care link
the customer care link has different categories of issues find the option for been over charge
Click the option this will activate two options either your send a mail or you chat with a customer care agent.
Choose the chat option but it not always available (I usually get to chart with them 5am upwards)
Explain the issue to the customer care agent but get the following things down
-The order number
-Your bank card service department email address. For gtb (cardservices@gtbank.com)
Just tell the Aliexpress CC that you understand the order has been cancelled but your bank needs a mail from them to release your money back to you and give the CC agent your email address to copy you along.
Your money is still on HOLD with your bank so with a email from aliexpress telling them the order has been cancelled, I usually get my money back within 48 hours instead of waiting for the cycle to expire.

Once I create an account and make payment for an order within 48 hours the account will get suspended, at this point I am told to appeal to get my account reactivated by sending my id card, have done this but after 3 days I will just get a mail saying my appeal was unsuccessful with no reason or next step to take. I can't continue opening a new account everytime I want to place an order, abeg has anyone experienced such wahala before? Please what the way out?
