Those questions you been asked and you felt hmhm this interviewer is wicked share let discuss.
And if there is any experienced HR personnel in house you could also give us some point on mistakes you have seen job seekers (more attention on fresh graduate) make in interviews.

I covered most of this when listing my strengths including been a team player.
I failed to mention my leader qualities and what motivates me.
Thruthfully I never really been a scholar so how will educational achievement work.
I seriously don't believe in just having professional certificate (if am to mention a professional certificate, I think the certificate I mention ought to be related to the vacancy In question) it's all about packing

okay let's start with the most common question introduce yourself?
I went to an interview recently and one of the interviewer (it was a panel interview) was not pleased with the way I introduced myself.
My name is...... Am 2* years old I was born and raised in lagos, am a graduate of university of..... Where I studied statistics, my strengths are.......... And I will love to be part this organisation. (I just finished my nysc Oct so no job experience and the interview was for a graduate training placement)

It's no news that the labour market is a cut throat world for the job seekers.
My main reason of creating this thread is for us to help each other out.
An average recruitment process include a test and interviews (in some case a from of assessment is done case study, behaviour study).
My first interview was not really cool cause I was asked some questions which I later got to know my answers were naive.
Test is a personal thing you can get materials to study online.
But interview I believe is a no man's land
What questions have you been asked in an interview and what was your response.

madam i don't fear failure i only learn from it and am already used to CBT from my uni days.
Been nervous to the extent some peeps are describing here will not stop the time from running down(its even counter productive) and wtf are you really nervous abt.
When you get to the interview stage or final interview and you say you are nervous that i can understand.

All this nerves and panic talk on just a CBT test abeg when be the deadline?

its not a matter of insult but you are narrow minded.
Your conditions includes your children spouse has to be from the same church even been a christian is not enough for you.

MarvellousGod: Completed my test oo..I was so nervous that I didn't even understand the questions talk more of what to answer. .don't know y ....I got pressed,my hands were shaking, it wasn't easy ...I have learned my lesson, this is my first apt test, it will not happen again. God, you're my last resort

For those yet to write, try and be calm as much as you can, the questions aint so hard by mere looking, just that I was so scared..be confident please

bro you got work on nerves o seriously.
I see no reason you should be that nervous even first time or not.
If you this nervous abt a CBT i can only imagine how you will perform in an interview.

i don't know how to get to test location but from cele cross over using the bridge take a bus going to osodi when you alight at osodi cross over ask for where you can get ikeja along BUs. I think the description to get to the test venue from ikeja along is on previous page on this thread

i mean practise question is not 1 or 2 question its a replica of the real thing the verbal practise question i tried was 30question the 1 or 2 question is just a sample test before you do the real thing

kayjegs: @Ezra....the practice questions before the exam is like 1 or 2 questions. It isnt enough to prepare. If you login and ready to write the test then the practice questions come first. But its good you practice so many questions before attempting to login to write the test.

i think there is hint Of truth behind this etisalat and mtn petition against airtel allowing customers to use bb data plan on other devices.
Have been using this package for more than 3 years even recently got a call from their customer care trying to evaluate their service and the guy knew i was using a bb data plan on an android device and i was not disconnected.
If this petition is the real reason behind the decision airtell will surly slash the rate of their normal data plan to keep their customers

this just pure rubbish.
What even there, you given bb user 1gig for 1k and you want other device users to pay the same 1k for 100mb .
Is it like bb is paying them or what cause this is senseless to me

BB sales and subscription is decreasing while Android device sales is increasing at an unforseen rate.
Why is non of networks taking advantage of this.
The lowest data plan offer for mobile device goes at a rate of #1000 for 100Mb which i classify as a rip off.
