It is hard copy. They will give u when they sell the form. Ensure it is d current one (2014/2015) and not old one.

I dont really know much abt ur eligibily as regards D7 in Maths.

U can do MBA with BSc 2.2 in any course. HND (Upper credit and Distinction) can alao do MBA directly in Unilag

What course in particular are you looking at? You may need to contact the dept of interest but for most courses, "Credit" is required. This requirement is always strictly applied.

What problem in particular? Is any error message prompting? Is the challenge with the size? If it is with the size, you will have to do a reduction in the size of ur certificate. For most documents for upload, the maximum size allowed is 15kb.
