The answer is no. The only thing Jesus told us about praying can be found in Matthew 6:5-6:

Why then do people pray so loudly with loudspeakers, even at night? They're not only announcing to others that they're praying, they very well disturb others.

Some shout so much at night in the name of prayers and disturb their neighbours in the process.

Honestly, traditional institutions have become so confused.

It's either we find a way to integrate them or scrap them entirely. In any case, they have no constitutional role whatsoever today. The aspect of promoting our culture can still be achieved without them.
