I sincerely advise a refund since checkout didn't go as planned...

Although, the fact that those sellers kept refunding is bewildering and has led to an unfortunate condition for your PayPal.

I know Lokoyen does Fiverr Withdrawals and has clean funds. I just feel it's a hard price to pay now for the PayPal account owner.

REFUND could be hard on Lokoyen but for trustworthiness and peace to rain, I see it as the only option.

Good Day all,

On 19th June, 2017[b] LOKOYEN [/b]did a check out of $175.25 & $282.10 for different sellers. An hour later the seller for $175.25 [/b]cancelled the payment and the funds were refunded. I contacted Lokoyen who used the refund to pay for another item of $180 and we agreed that the balance of $2.75 will be added to next payment.

On 20th June, just a day after the payment, the [b]2nd payment of $282.10 was also cancelled and refund made. I was amazed at what was happening and called Lokoyen’s attention to it. He confirmed that he has received refund and could not send any payment out after the refund. I then asked him to use it for payment of another item he then informed me that his account has been ltd and he has submitted the documents requested for, this was on Friday 23rd of June. On the morning of 26th June(Monday) , he told me that the account has been LIMITED PERMANENTLY that I won’t get my refund till after 180days. What really surprised me was that[b] Paypal could have processed the documents he submitted on Friday over the weekend.[/b]

I requested for his login details as my client who owns the funds didn’t believe the story neither. He refused even when I invited Tabbaz to mediate in the matter. He only sent us the screenshot of the summary page. His reason being that logging on different systems could jeopardise his chances of withdrawing the funds after 180 days.

These are my deductions:
• His account or source of funds made the sellers to refund the payments bc the 2nd seller wrote a note on the refund ‘ISSUES’ .
• His refusal to make the log-in details available shows he is being untruthful. Bc opening an account that is permanently ltd without VPN hider doesn’t compromise it. I have an UAE account with same conditions and have been able to withdraw from it.
• I have not seen nor heard where Paypal respond to documents submitted on Friday and by the next working day; Monday there is a feedback .Expert users of Paypal to correct me on this if am wrong.

I will appreciate the house to look into this because my funds can’t be trapped with Lokoyen for 180 days for something that was his fault.

Hmmm. This is one weird issue. Two payments cancelled and funds returned to PayPal.

Anyhoo, Lokoyen has done checkout for me before on swappa.com without any issues, nonetheless, this doesn't mean I am not saying there couldn't be any issues at another time on his account.

I have a paypal which I have been operating for 4 months now. I have been limited once, and I did tender documents which I had to call PayPal myself after tendering the documents, they looked into my documents and my limitation was lifted.

I am someone who appreciates transparency a lot, Lokoyen that I know so far is a transparent person, however, considering the conditions stated in your post, I sincerely do have to agree that there might not be a 100% truth on his points (emphasis on 'might not')

You can login to PayPal from any laptop or PC, you just have to ensure it's same IP which Lokoyen has been using that you use as well when login in, and I think Lokoyen should be able to provide you with that.

Also, PayPal that I know does not respond so quickly to documents tendered on resolution centre, but we never can tell, PayPal is also very unpredictable, and the idea of a "Permanent Limitation" is of course a function of the activities on the account.

I believe whatever any case may be, as long as terms and conditions of any deal have not been met, REFUND is the only acceptable and recognised way to go.

If anyone is performing a checkout for me, I believe I am paying him in Naira.... If check out fails or something goes wrong, I get my Naira refund.

Just my own sincere and humble opinion about the issue.

Your system MACaddress have been flagged by ebay BOT. My advise is stay away from ebay on that flagged system.Also Stop using your paypal to checkout on any ebay account you create after.

I once created an ebay account. And I tried to buy an item of about $30 with my paypal. I have only carted the item and I did try to add a payment method, which was my US PayPal.

20 minutes after, ebay sent me a mail that they have suspended my ebay account due to suspected unsafe activities (and as at this time, I was even still scrolling other listings to see if I could buy more stuff for myself)

My real question is, could it be that ebay has "marked" my paypal such that I cannot use it for checkout on another ebay account? Do you suggest I just stay away from ebay so they don't extend thier "hand of power" to my paypal account. (Although I am verified and vital signals are green on my paypal )
