Haha! Bad news for those who paid for an increase in test scores & had system glitch. I think test scores were printed directly from the system. For instance, I had a question without options at all, and +1 was added in paper. But my score remains the same in print.

They'll probably release results of the interview in a few week's time. That's some good news! May the best man win wink
Same with me, was given +2 on paper as abt two of my qstn had no option, but its not reflecting on d page. Not fair though but I believe the interview is the ultimate determinant.

Hehehehe. Men don provoke. I started laughing hard the moment I saw that guy's reply to Guest01. I knew I will have more reason to laugh later as soon as people start responding. This is comedy gold.
Still I don't know what to make of Tochiddy. That ur last post got me scratching my head. It is as funny as it is sad. Someone came here to troll u and u are still treating him with deference and begging for more information. You are one of those extremely glass-half-full kind of guys, aren't u? Even when someone picks ur glass cup, smatches it hard on the floor, stomps on it, and ceremoniously micturates all over the broken pieces, the glass cup will still appear half-full to u, wouldn't it? Damn, wish to cultivate ur level of optimism.
RileyFreeman1, ur reaction still dey make me laugh since yesterday. Belle dey pain me for here. One of the funniest stuff I have read on this thread in a while. I wonder what Guest01 will have felt like after seeing that reply to his carefully worded and painstakingly constructed questions considering the way u reacted. smiley
Well, you may be right to call it optimism because I see things other ways and never give up on people.

Again, I don't follow the crowd, I v my own distinct way of doing things and approaching issues.

Lastly, I ll gain nothing to join others and insult the guy, if displacement is who he says he is, then he will v no problem answering my questions and if he is not, I v nothing to lose still

Happy Eid-El-Fitr to everyone

Hello displacement,

Please don't take any offense at the posts so far. I recall I once had banter with you because of this but it was lighthearted. it's kinda annoying and even you, will see that if you place yourself in the shoes of others.

If you r sincere about sharing info here like kaitung, you can do that without any qualms and effort. I implore you to keep doing the good work just like when you started.

Now I wish to ask two simple questions that I know you can answer without fuss:

1. How many were called and how many were wait listed?

2. Also from your knowledge and experience, does NLNG call all wait listed?

Thanks

Yes I have. Their response was that my performance was adjudged satisfactory but I have been put on their waiting list pending any opening available within the next 18 months. So for me, the waiting game continues. At least this is much better than being told that my performance was unsatisfactory and as a result they would discontinue the process. All glory to God still.

My investigations revealed that the number of slots was brutally cut down. My guess is and has always been the crash in oil prices. They have been negatively impacted. I even heard Babs Omotowa on Channels tv confirm that oh ha a couple of weeks ago.
Nice one bro, success in advance....

BluIvy:

Yeah! yeah!
So far, your post irritates me. Now I will take my time to address your issues. From your tone I can’t help but notice how pleased you r with the barbaric killings of fellow Africans by your people. I only pray it ends well for you guys, don’t forget that Nigerians are master of every art, I just hope their thoughts won’t be channeled to that direction otherwise, you will get to see that SA xenophobic actions still dey learn work.
Again, I also want to remind you that SA citizens are plenty here in Nigeria, just as Mozambique replied by deporting 350 South African workers from the Sasol Factory in Mozambique, Nigeria might decide to take their own response to the next level, and when that happens, Kiss MTN worldwide goodbye as I doubt if they can sustain themselves without presence in Nigeria, their biggest market, This alone I bet will shake SA economy.
Again, as per the issue of drug, I need not remind you that SA have been a breeding ground for drugs since inception before foreigners even sojourned there. They created a lucrative Market of drug dealing which foreigners only tapped into. So let it also be clearly stated that South Africans are renowned drug dealers and patent users as well. So remove that scale from your eyes and stop being pathetic by blaming Nigerians on SA rapist, Killers and hoodlums. Bottom-line here is, South Africans are damaging fellow South Africans.
Also know that Foreigners brings the skills to SA as S/Africans afford themselves too much luxury and find it irrelevant to acquire these useful and important skills. So even if foreigners leave, how will you do the job without the skills? Or you want to destroy your economy?
Lastly, you claim SA not wanting to be like Nigeria, my dear stop deluding yourself, SA is good @ nothing; Football, Movie, Invention, Studying, Crude reserves and production, Just Name it. On the other hand, Nigeria is the heartbeat and Giant of Africa, Africa most populated country, African country with the biggest economy, One of Africa’s largest Crude Producers, Scholars, Inventors etc. Also for some time now, you have been stalking nairaland, a core Nigerian forum to relate with Nigerians, creating threads and you say you don’t wish to be a Nigerian, my dear that wish tops your wish list I guarantee . So with due respect Ma’am, every SA citizen will jump at the golden opportunity to be one of us, a blessed nation.
If you people don’t desist from this moral injustice soon enough, then you will feel the collective force of the rest of Africa with Nigeria at the forefront #XenophobicSA

Lesson learnt,so even the 'almighty dplacement' can also make mistake, see how he just goofed under this little pressure, he s nt invincible or untouchable after all. He came one more time to mock us that 'we slow sha' wen nemesis caught up with him. Atleast one of his colleagues in dia 2007 batch must definitely know who ahonhia personally is so I go continue my enquiry wen I get thr coz I gatz break words wit am (joking). Generally, dplacement started well on ds thread, I won't deny dat fact but he lost his way somewhr along the line as d desire 2 b mischievous got d better of him. Lastly, a big thanks to dplacement 4 keeping us company during ds period though, it was fun in a way sha and annoying in another way #peace

okzcorp, okzcorp, okzcorp! how many times v I called u? y r u bittered by d fact dat dplacement was criticised, or is he above criticism? What happen 2 d 'every1 is entitled 2 his own opinion' notion u r trying 2 advocate here and still yet contradicting it by beefing those who criticised the 'almighty dplacement'. Or are u one of dplacement loyal disciples? Now in a bid 2 air my own opinion like una talk, dplacement should stop teasing expectant ppl on ds thread, and like Scarletdp rightly said, the info he so stumbled upon definitely v no effect hw d entire recruitment ll go down. And lastly, I recommend if dplacement pull such stunt again, u guys shouldn't dignify his post wit all d much pondering, calculations and beefing as it is obviously tearing the house apart. Lastly, anybody that don't like my post should pls feel free 2 sue me #peace

U see wat I mean? Dplacement v nt communicated anytin, he jst gave dat smile intentionally 2 send u guys into commotion and 2 coerce some 2 misbehave which he v achieved 2 a reasonable extent. Now, y some thanked him for actually nothing, some even gave hm exorbitant title (friend of d friendless? Really?), dis na wetin Fela call 'suffering and smiling', real butt licking as scartletdp tagged it. Well, dat na una problem, wetin I know be say wat v been written v been written and wat ll be ll be. Sqlmasta don talk say make una chill so b wise and heed 2 dis wise man's advise #peace

baby, first of all, I like u, secondly, am not a newbie, forget my registration date, v been here 4 long, couldn't login my previous acct so I created a new one,I guess u completed ur nysc ds year coz datz wen I started seeing d lykes of u, marvellous and oga david. Men wey I hustle job wit don settle down finish na...lol, thirdly u didn't get my post, I can assure u dat if u put in dat same performance u put in those dragnet exams u passed in any high profile job or scholarship organized by same dragnet, u r likely not 2 make it coz cut off s usually as high as 70% coz lotz of good guys ll be interested in ds jobs and will even step up dia games. So still try 2 improve till u r sure u can hit upto 70% otherwise wit ur 40% pass mark in this low profile jobs, u myt just be thinking u r already good in dragnet wen u r not. My dear, don't take it that u v passed dragnet yet wit banks and the likes of olam and sahara whr d cut off is as low as 40% and some of our badt guys didn't even apply bcoz it is a low profile one. Wait until u write 4 high profile organizations like chevron, exxonmobil, nestle, gsk, I mean top coys where the whole 9ja is writtn and competition is stiff wit all d smart guys home and abroad present, only then will u know the true standard of dragnet and rate ursef accordingly. Jobs/Vacancies / Re: A friends story ( fiction ) by tochiddy: 5:00pm On Oct 17, 2014
For those of u criticising the op, wateva arguments used to back ur criticism is flawed by two fact
1) The secretary returned the remote to the janitor 2 intentionally put the op in such position
2) The small boss immediately took sides by switching on the AC instantly even after learning of the secretary devilish act which

You see, in conflict resolution, u don't directly take sides, if u must, you do it diplomatically. The right thing for the boss to do was 2 order both 2 calm down first, then order the sec to get back the remote which will then be use 2 regulate the temperature thereafter making it a win-win for both (even though it ll secretly be a lose 4 d sec as her reason for hiding the remote @ first v been defeated)

And to Rawdeal, no offence but you truly sound like d sec as ur post sound as if u were thr in person, wit all d extra intel not mentioned in d post and d bitter critiscm of hw selfish d op was, d certainty that evry one wld v accept if op asked (hw do u knw they ll accept, r u in dia minds? Ooh wait, u knw this because u were directly involved). U said the op should wear sweater, now considering the fact that u v hidden the remote, if he wears sweater today, 2morrow, nxt 2moro, till hw long? Or do u intend 2 return d remote any time soon?

And to Op, no regrets bro. in truth, u already lost the battle before it even started. This incident was bound 2 happen, if nt now then later, if not in this form, then in another. So it is good it happen nw b4 u get deep into d system. Let this incident motivate u 2 rise 2 d top, jst keep pushing, I strongly believe u will bounce back. Sometimes the small fish v 2 go 2 gv way 4 d bigger one so don't sulk over this spilt milk for it was already sour, knw that all tins v worked 2geda 4 ur good, so the scripture says. Lastly, I use this opportunity 2 wish u and ur fiancee a happy engagement..cheers
