Haha I can relate bruv. Went through the same ordeal after school. You just have to stay self motivated. If you are going to be serious about being a DBA naija is just not the country for you. Talking from my experiences

Regrets naah men! Where there's life there is hope! On the other hand I do regret Schweinsteiger and Robben missing those penalties tho that's my only regret this year

Brand_new: I don't know why we Africans are too lazy to think and solve their problems rather than pray to God who is busy solving smarter people's problems.

it is just the way we been brought up, instead of workingh hard we xpect God to do it for us....
wich is quite negative....

Politics / Re: Amaechi Seized Car Keys In Port-Hacourt Today by todasensual: 1:28am On Jan 01, 2013

Technocracy: This is to inform the generality of Nigerians on the near draconian attitude of Gov ameachi, who today seized the car keys of motorist along transwoji road popularly known as slaughter.

This incident occurred about 12.30pm due to congestion on that road, there is always a tradition encouraged by law enforcement agents to prevent the traffic from getting to Ykc juntion a four way junction notorious for its bottle neck,3 to 4 lines were formed.

The Gov was passing this afternoon and was forcefully seizing peoples car key on the 3rd and 4th line. This is not the first time this incident has happend, yet most times u hardly find traffic officials there.

Abuse of power, such things only hapen in africa,
how can you cease somebody car keys?
that is human right abuse ohhhh

Imperial McHæl: I was talking to a friend about what I'd probably wear on the first day of the year(something okay but not very spectacular) but she came up with this voodoo idea that the first day of the year might predict what eventually happens all through it.
Based on this, she said, her first clothing would be extravagant, and her first drink must be expensive.
Another person said that the first thing he would do is give his girlfriend a very long kiss.
As for me, the first thing I'd do next year (I guess) is breathe...
Then praise my God I still can.
So lets here you guys out, what are the first thing(s) you'd do next year.

i was told 2013 have a meaning, can anyone pls tell me?

Family / Re: Why Do We Wear New Clothes On New Year's Day? by todasensual: 12:59am On Jan 01, 2013
Sammyfissy: This often baffles me now that i'm a bit mature. Anytime a new year is approaching when i was still much more younger i usually cry for new year clothes whenever my parents threaten to deny me. My dad will always give me a task whenever we resume for new session in school of which i have to do if i'm to wear new year clothes but now it has become a must do thing for both young and old people.
Does it really worth it?...whatcha say to this?
