The speaker CANNOT be a memeber of the MINORITY PARTY. This is how it is done all over the world. Nigeria is not an exception. The position of speaker of the house is assigned to a member of the majority ruling party in the house. CASE CLOSED.

And what is happening in sokoto PDP is not such type of division as envisaged in the constitution.The police should enforce the laws,thats their primary assignment.
