In fact, the person who set up this thread should be spending his time educating the public and private hospitals on the features of NHIS.

Don't worry, I will come back to share my experience soon.
pls come back,if the gvt hospitals are nt satisfied with what the gvt is paying them, they should complain,or government shuld employ their own medical staffs and install them in the hospitals.

Ngwakwe: Don't misunderstand me, I am not against Elrufai in any ramification.

I was trying to reconcile this Court judgement with Laws and Statutes establishing DSS and the implications of this judicial pronouncement on their operational procedures if not appealed.
Let them operate within the constitution and not outside the law thereby trampling on an individual right, what they did was acting the ruling party script, the similar case happened in ekiti and osun,if a judgement like this failed to teach them a lesson, they will nt change.
Let them stop acting like superhuman, the judgement is timely, cos the election is by corner, let them rethnk their action b4 then.

How mush?
Politics › Re: Sss’ll Appeal Court Judgment On El-rufai, Says Ogar by Toktee(m): 5:22pm On Sep 30, 2014
Ngwakwe: Elrufai is not an opposition to DSS rather a citizen of Nigeria who felt his rights were violated

Learn to debate issues of national importance from citizens perspective rather than party affiliation.

Generally, the citizens are required to protest and lobby the National Assembly to redress and change laws they perceive as anti humanity/anti democracy as opposed to Judges resorting to judicial Activisms thereby taking other organs of the government for a ride.
xo,if a citizen feel that his right is violated, where is the right place for him to seek redress?

akpanoka: This matter is very simple.
Did d SSS detain mallam for few hours? Yes

Do they have d statutory right to detain suspects for a number of hours to enable them carry out preliminary investigation? Yes

Is Elrufai above d law? NO

Do they have d right to appeal a court judgment? Yes

We must not gag our security service because a political figure is involved or that d man shares similar political ideology.

We mus grow up and allow d law to reign supreme
was he the only political figure that visit anambera state on that day,no,why was he the only one that was detained by the Dss?
And on what charged did they detained him?
Politics › Re: Sss’ll Appeal Court Judgment On El-rufai, Says Ogar by Toktee(m): 5:06pm On Sep 30, 2014
Ngwakwe: When you have Activists and Social Crusaders on the bench, there abound to be misinterpretation of Institutionalised laws and statutes establishing various Agencies of Government, this they do most times depending on public opinions at a time rather than the content of laws of the country (constitution and acts of National Assembly).

This over zealousness is often referred to as "Legislation from the bench" rather than judicial interpretation of various Legislation and the Constitution of the country as required by law from an organ of the Government.

The Judiciary can reprimand an Agency of Government on operational procedures and not challenging their statutory functions.
To you,the judgement is in favour of el rufai cos of puplic opinion?
What about when you have security agencies that does nt no their role in a democratic setting?
What abou a situation where the president nd the ruling party used/and is using state agencies to intimidate opposition, what doe that law said in this regard?
In whch constitution that the police, sss, army etc aqe empowered to enforce ban on movement of the people?
You belong to the prison.
